MOTOR
The present disclosure provides a motor including a stator, a rotor and a first circuit board. The stator includes a winding assembly including a plurality of coils. A conductive element is extended out from the winding assembly and is electrically connected to a first electrical connector. The first electrical connector penetrates through a pillow of the stator and is electrically connected to the first circuit board. The motor further includes a second circuit board electrically connected to the first circuit board, and a first insulation plate, a second insulation plate and a third insulation plate for fixing and protecting the circuit boards. The motor also includes a clip for fixing and heat dissipating an electronic component disposed on the second circuit board.
WATERPROOF FAN
A waterproof fan includes: a rotor including a rotating blade capable of rotating about a rotation axis; a stator including a plurality of stator cores extending in a radial direction relative to the rotation axis, and a winding wound around each of the stator cores; a frame including a housing space opening toward one side of the rotation axis; a circuit board electrically connected to the winding and housed in the housing space; a waterproofing resin portion covering the stator and the circuit board to block the opening of the housing space; and a positioning member provided in the housing space and configured to position the circuit board at a position away from an inner wall of the housing space.

A motor coil substrate includes a coil substrate that is wound in a cylindrical shape and includes a flexible substrate and coils formed on the flexible substrate such that the flexible substrate has a first end and a second end on an opposite side with respect to the first end and that the coils are arrayed from the first end to the second end of the flexible substrate. The coils are formed such that each of the coils has a central space and includes wirings surrounding the central space, and the flexible substrate has openings formed such that each of the openings is penetrating through the flexible substrate and positioned in the central space of a respective one of the coils.

Electric motor having a magnetic track with a plurality of a magnet elements
The invention relates to an electric motor having at least one magnetic track, which has a plurality of magnet elements connected in a line in a longitudinal direction or in the shape of a ring, in particular in a Halbach array configuration, and having at least one coil assembly, which includes a support that is substantially electrically and magnetically non-conductive with respect to the magnetic track, which is configured such that the coil assembly and the magnetic track are capable of carrying out a guided movement relative to each other, and which includes at least one group of three conductive flat coils. Each of the three flat coils is connected to one phase of a three-phase power supply, and the conductor tracks of the three flat coils of the group or of each group are arranged so as to be nested in each other or overlap with each other on a first and second support conductor plane, which are electrically insulated from each other by an insulating intermediate layer, such that parts of the conductor pattern of each of the three flat coils are designed to be connected one over the other and together in parallel on the first and second conductor plane and two of the three overlapping flat coils in each case have crossover regions in which the conductor tracks of the first flat coil only run on the first support conductor plane and the conductor tracks of the second flat coil only run on the second support conductor plane.
Motor and air-conditioning apparatus
A motor includes a stator to which a substrate can be stably secured without increasing the size of the substrate. An air-conditioning apparatus includes the motor. At an end portion of the stator in the axial direction thereof, a substrate on which electronic components are mounted is provided. The stator includes: a stator core formed by stacking electromagnetic steel sheets, and including a plurality of teeth; insulators provided on the stator core; and a wire wound around the teeth, the teeth being coated with the insulators. The insulators have outer walls provided on respective core backs of the stator core. In a linearly developed state of the stator, where of the teeth, an outermost tooth is a first tooth, a tooth adjacent to the first tooth is a second tooth, another tooth adjacent to the second tooth is a third tooth, another tooth adjacent to the third tooth is a fourth tooth, and another tooth adjacent to the fourth tooth is a fifth tooth, the outer walls of the first, third and fifth teeth include respective substrate attachment pins for use in attachment of the substrate, and the outer walls of the first tooth include respective power terminals for use in supplying power to the wire.

AXIAL FIELD ROTARY ENERGY DEVICE HAVING PCB STATOR AND VARIABLE FREQUENCY DRIVE
An axial field rotary energy device or system includes an axis, a PCB stator and rotors having respective permanent magnets. The rotors rotate about the axis relative to the PCB stator. A variable frequency drive (VFD) having VFD components are coupled to the axial field rotary energy device. An enclosure contains the axial field rotary energy device and the VFD, such that the axial field rotary device and the VFD are integrated together within the enclosure. In addition, a cooling system is integrated with the enclosure to cool the axial field rotary energy device and the VFD.
