A drive unit includes an electric motor, an MCU to supply a driving current to the electric motor, and a bracket fixing the MCU to the electric motor with a gap between the MCU and the electric motor. The electric motor includes a stator case accommodating a stator, a first housing including a bearing that supports one side of an output shaft of a rotor, and a second housing including a bearing that supports another side of the output shaft of the rotor. The bracket supporting the MCU is attached to the first housing and the second housing and not to the stator case.
DESIGN CONCEPT OF A DRIVE FOR ACTUATION IN THE DRIVE TRAIN
A structural concept of a drive for an actuation device in a drive train of a motor vehicle, contains an electric motor with a motor housing shell, a circuit carrier with a control unit for controlling the electric motor, and an output shaft of a gearbox with a gearbox housing shell. The rotor shaft of the electric motor is arranged axially with respect to the output shaft of the gearbox, and the rotor shaft of the electric motor is accommodated in the output shaft in a rotatably mounted manner in the region of the gearbox housing shell. The circuit carrier is arranged between the electric motor and the output shaft of the gearbox, and the rotor shaft leads through a cutout in the circuit carrier.
ELECTRIC WORK MACHINE AND PRODUCTION METHOD FOR ELECTRIC WORK MACHINE
An electric work machine includes a first brushless motor including a first stator and a first rotor combined with the first stator, and a controller. The first stator includes a first stator core and multiple first coils wound around multiple teeth on the stator core. The controller magnetizes the teeth to cause the first rotor to rotate about a rotation axis. In a plane orthogonal to the rotation axis, the first stator core has the same shape as a second stator core in a second stator used in a second brushless motor in another electric work machine. The first rotor can be combined with the second stator. The first rotor has a different number of poles from a second rotor used in the second brushless motor.
WHEEL ASSEMBLY FOR A WHEELCHAIR
Wheel assembly, in particular for a wheel chair comprising. The wheel assembly includes a wheel shaft extending along a shaft axis and which is configured to be non-rotatably connectable to a frame of the wheelchair. A wheel with a wheel hub is mounted on the wheel shaft so as to be rotatable around the shaft axis. The wheel assembly is provided with a hub motor having a power input and with a rim handle connected to the wheel and being rotatable relative to the wheel over an angle. A resolver assembly of the wheel assembly comprises a wheel resolver which is configured to generate a wheel resolver signal, a rim handle resolver which is configured to generate a rim handle resolver signal, and at least one resolver assembly output for outputting the wheel resolver signal and the rim handle resolver signal.
Housing for an electric machine with a cooling device
A housing for an electric machine includes a cooling device arranged on the periphery of a support plate, the cooling device contacts a heat-conducting ring connected to the housing, and the support plate as well as components arranged thereon have vibration damping and an electric insulation to provide advantageous structural conditions such that an advantageous cooling effect is achieved, and regions within the cooling device can be provided for fitting elements of the support plate.
Electronics of an electric motor of a motor vehicle
The disclosure relates to electronics of an electric motor of a motor vehicle, having a connection unit that is placed in electrical contact with a circuit board and attached thereto. The connection unit has a number of leadframes that are stabilized with respect to one another. The connection unit at least partly forms a connector socket for a mating connector, and the connection unit at least partly forms a contact point for an electromagnet of the electric motor.

Motor device includes: motor part including armature shaft; speed reduction mechanism which includes worm and worm wheel and outputs the rotation of the armature shaft at reduced speed; gear case which is provided with bottom part and opening part and accommodates the worm and worm wheel in rotatable manner; gear cover which covers the opening part of the gear case; circuit board which is arranged between the speed reduction mechanism and the gear cover; and board cover which is arranged between the circuit board and the speed reduction mechanism. The board cover is provided with positioning protrusion part protruding toward the gear case, the gear case is provided with positioning recess part into which the positioning protrusion part is press-fit, and the bottom surface of the positioning recess part and the tip surface of the positioning protrusion part press-fit into the positioning recess part face each other with gap therebetween.
Hall board inside the end windings
An electric motor containing a board holder and an angle measuring unit with at least one Hall sensor for detecting a rotation angle and at least two hooks for receiving and holding a winding wire, wherein the angle measuring unit is designed to commutate the electric motor as a function of the detected rotation angle. The board holder contains a pot-like recess with an end face, wherein the recess and the angle measuring unit are designed such that, in an assembled state, the angle measuring unit bears against the end face of the recess such that the angle measuring unit is positioned in front of the at least two hooks in an arrow direction.

The stationary portion includes a stator facing at least a part of the rotating portion in a radial direction, a circuit board disposed axially below the stator, and a resin portion covering at least a part of the stator, and the circuit board. The stator includes a plurality of coils disposed in a circumferential direction. The circuit board includes an axially upper surface mounted with an electric element that is disposed at least at one of positions including a position between two coils of the plurality of coils, adjacent to each other in the circumference direction, and a position below the coil.
Motor connector with integrated motor control functionality
A motor assembly includes a motor, a controller controlling at least one aspect of operation of the motor, and a control housing defining a control chamber. The controller is in part received within the control chamber. The controller includes a main electronics board and a modular connector assembly. The modular connector assembly includes a secondary electronics board and a connector at least in part supporting the secondary electronics board. The connector includes an inner connector portion and an outer connector portion. The connector extends through the control housing such that the inner connector portion is disposed inside the control chamber and the outer connector portion is disposed outside the control chamber. The outer connector portion defines a first access portal facilitating access to a first component of the secondary electronics board.
