MODULAR STATOR
A modular stator includes a first stator module and a second stator module. The first stator module includes a plurality of first coil end regions and a plurality of first junctions. The second stator module includes a plurality of second coil end regions and a plurality of second junctions. The first stator module and the second stator module are joined at the plurality of first junctions and the plurality of second junctions.
Modular electric linear actuator facilitating assembly and disassembly
The present invention relates to the field of linear actuators, and in particular, to a modular electric linear actuator facilitating assembly and disassembly. The modular electric linear actuator of the present invention mainly includes components such as a motor group, a screw group, an inner tube group, an outer tube group, and pins. The components are fixed through clamping or the pins, so that installation using screw bolts is avoided. By adopting the modular assembly manner, the disassembly is convenient, and the assembly is fast, so that less labor is required, and the production cost is reduced. Moreover, the pins are used for fixing in the end, so that the stability of the entire structure is ensured.
ELECTRICAL POWER GENERATING SYSTEM
This present disclosure discloses an electrical power generating system, comprising a mechanical energy input, a direction transferring module, a first electromagnetic rotation module, a second electromagnetic rotation module and a power storage module. The direction transferring module is connected with the mechanical energy input. Moreover, the direction transferring module comprises a first output and a second output. The first output and the second output are deposed on two sides of the direction transferring module respectively. The first electromagnetic rotation module is connected with the first output, and the second electromagnetic rotation module is connected with the second output. On the other hand, the power storage module connects to the first electromagnetic rotation module and the second electromagnetic rotation module simultaneously.
Linear actuator system
An actuator system includes a housing with a screw shaft extending along a longitudinal axis. The stator component of an electric motor is coupled to the housing, with a rotor extending along the longitudinal axis. A thrust tube is engaged with the screw shaft, for example with a nut assembly configured to convert rotational motion of the rotor into linear motion of the thrust tube. A modular cooling assembly is selectively coupled to the exterior surface of the actuator housing, and configured to dissipate heat.
Axial flux machine
An axial flux machine (100) is provided, in which the rotor (104) is cooled via air cooling, provided by impeller blades (140) located on the opposite side of the rotor (104) to the stator (102). An impeller cover (142) covers the impeller blades (140) such that air channels are defined between adjacent blades. The air channels have an air inlet (146) at an inner radial portion of the rotor (104), and an air outlet (146) at the outer radial extremity of the impeller blades (140). As the rotor (104) turns, the air is drawn through the air channel from the air inlet (144) to the air outlet (146). The motor (100) may be enclosed within a housing (120), in which case air ducting (150,152) may be used to guide air to the air inlet (144), and from the air outlet (146) to the outside of the housing (120).
INSERTS FOR CARRIERS FOR ELECTRIC MACHINES
A carrier for an electric machine has a first layer and plural first posts extending from the first layer. The first layer defines gaps through the first layer adjacent to the plural first posts. One or more inserts have insert posts configured to be inserted through the gaps to combine with the plural first posts to widen the plural first posts. A carrier may also have a first layer, plural first posts extending from the first layer, the first layer defining gaps through the first layer intermediate between successive posts of the plural posts. One or more inserts have insert posts configured to be inserted through the gaps to form an array of posts in combination with the plural first posts.
