The disclosure relates to a motor device with a motor unit and a servo drive unit configured to be attached to the motor unit, where motor unit and servo drive unit are configured to be electrically coupled via a plug connection with one or more plugs, with a preset plug direction (P) of the plug connection running parallel to a motor shaft of the motor unit; where the motor unit and the servo drive unit are configured to be aligned, in an attached state of motor unit and servo drive unit, by means of an aligning contour; and with an encoder system for providing information on the position of the motor shaft with i) an encoder target which is fixed to the motor shaft of the motor unit as part of the motor unit and with ii) an encoder read head which is a part of the servo drive unit; where the encoder target is part of the motor unit both in the attached state of motor unit and servo drive unit and in an unattached state of motor unit and servo drive unit, and the encoder read head is part of the servo drive unit both in the attached state of motor unit and servo drive unit and in the unattached state of motor unit and servo drive unit, so as to improve the design of the motor device, in particular, to simplify the assembly of the motor device.
Electrical machine having a segmented stator or rotor
A stator segment for the stator or the rotor of an electrical machine is provided including: two end teeth at two respective circumferential ends, a plurality of N intermediate teeth, N being an integer greater than 1, a plurality of N+1 slots circumferentially distributed between the two end teeth, each pair of circumferentially adjacent intermediate teeth having a slot interposed therebetween, a slot being provided between each end tooth and a respective circumferentially adjacent intermediate tooth, at least one 2-pitch coil, the 2-pitch coils being in the number of N1 and extending between an i-th slot and a (i+2)-th slot, the slots being progressively counted from one to the other of the two circumferential ends, i being an integer between 1 and N1.
Transport system, set for assembling a transport system, and method of retrofitting a plug connector in a transport system
A transport system, in particular a multi-carrier system, includes a plurality of linear motors, which are arranged in a row and form a guide track, and at least one transport element that can be moved along the guide track with the linear motors. The linear motors each have at least a first connection region, which faces and is associated with a linear motor disposed upstream along the guide track, and a second connection region, which faces and is associated with a linear motor disposed downstream along the guide track, wherein a respective plug connector mechanically connects the first connection region of a linear motor disposed downstream along the guide track and the second connection region of a linear motor disposed upstream along the guide track to one another and establishes a power connection and/or a signal connection between the neighboring linear motors.
STATOR MODULES AND ROBOTIC SYSTEMS
Stator modules are disclosed. Stator modules may include: a stator body; a working surface supported relative to the stator body; and a plurality of electrical conductors, each electrical conductor of the plurality of electrical conductors extending along a respective portion of the working surface and operable to generate a magnetic field to facilitate moving, relative to the working surface, a magnetized mover in the magnetic field in response to electrical current through the electrical conductor. Robotic systems including such stator modules are also disclosed.
GENERATOR FOR CLEAN, RENEWABLE, AND SUSTAINABLE POWER GENERATION
A generator including at least one machine device with a drive shaft; at least one flywheel connected to the drive shaft; at least one stator and rotor, wherein the drive shaft of the machine device is operable to synchronously rotate at least one rotor. The flywheel has one or more layers of arrays, or evenly spaced around magnetic field means, adapted for magnetic interaction with energizing coils of at least one support (360) so as to induce rotation of the flywheel in a single direction to rotate the rotor. The stator has an armature with a plurality of winding field coils evenly spaced apart around its circumference projected winding teeth. Each winding field coil is adapted to serve as a collecting energizing coil or an electromagnet coil. The rotor includes an array of the magnetic field generating means evenly spaced apart around its inner circumference surface.

A moving element for a linear motor conveyor system including: a body; a first set of bearings attached to the body and angled to abut against a first guide rail of a conveyor system having a protrusion with opposing angled profiles; a second set of bearing attached to the body and designed to abut against a flat profile of a second guide rail of the conveyor system. A dry lubricant provided to the body and configured to lubricate a bearing surface of the linear motor conveyor system supporting the first set of bearings.

A synchronous generator and a pole pack for a rotor of a synchronous generator of a wind power plant are disclosed The pole pack has a plurality of pole pack laminations, where each pole pack lamination includes a pole shank region and a pole head region. The pole head region projects laterally beyond the pole shank region and has a side which faces the pole shank region and a side which faces away from the pole shank region. A contour of the pole head region is ellipsoidal at least on the side which faces away from the pole shank region.
Electrical machine
A segment for supporting electromagnetic coupling elements of a stator or rotor of an electrical machine comprises a plurality of elongate laminations which are stacked in a first direction to form a lamination stack with elongate edges of the laminations defining opposite first and second major faces of the lamination stack. The segment comprises a plurality of elongate compression devices passing internally through the lamination stack in the first direction and arranged to compress together the laminations in the lamination stack.
