Electric machine with disconnectable brush module, the brush module, and a motor vehicle
An electric machine comprising a rotor having a rotor shaft and a brush module having a brush holder with at least one brush for energizing the rotor, wherein the brush module comprises a shaft journal which can be coupled reversibly mechanically to the rotor shaft of the electric machine and against which the brush lies.
Modular magnetic-induction horizontal swing motor
A modular magnetic induction horizontal-swing motor includes an electromagnet module, including a base, a stator arranged on the base, and a stator coil fixedly arranged around the stator; and a horizontal swing module, including a support frame, a first horizontal swing seat, a second horizontal swing seat, a first mover and a second mover, wherein the support frame is fixedly connected to the base, the first horizontal swing seat and the second horizontal swing seat are arranged in the support frame and are able to swing horizontally, linking limit members are arranged on the first horizontal swing seat and the second horizontal swing seat, and elastic pieces are arranged on two sides of the support frame respectively and provide an elastic return force when the first horizontal swing seat and the second horizontal swing seat swing horizontally in a staggered manner.
Element with magnetic poles for the rotor of an axial flux electric machine
Disclosed is an element with magnetic poles for the rotor of an axial flux electric machine, including an assembly of several individual magnets and a flange, at least a first part of which surrounds the assembly in order to immobilise the individual magnets in position. At least one part of the flange is made from a material including a mixture of polymer and magnet powder.
Drive apparatus
A drive apparatus is provided, including: an electric motor; a gear that is mechanically connected to the electric motor; an electric power control unit that is electrically connected to the electric motor; and a casing that houses the electric motor, the gear, and the electric power control unit. The casing includes a fixation portion to which an electric unit for function expansion is attached in a detachable manner and a connection portion by which the electric unit fixed to the fixation portion is electrically connected to the electric power control unit.
MODULAR MOTOR AND CONTROLLER ASSEMBLY
A motor controller, motor, and modular motor assembly. The modular motor assembly includes a motor including a rotor rotatably coupled with a stator, and a motor controller removably coupled to the motor at a mating interface. The modular motor assembly defines a through bore passing through the motor and the motor controller which is configured to transfer torque to a removable shaft inserted into the through bore.
