The method includes: measuring an external variable; estimating a control variable for a current sampling step with a mathematical model; predicting a control variable for a future sampling step for each of a plurality of candidate voltage vectors selected for the future sampling step; and calculating a cost function, and identifying a primary voltage vector giving a minimum, where the cost function is defined as a deviation between the predicted stator flux and the reference stator flux. The method further includes: predefining a lookup table giving a correlation between a nonzero voltage vector and a voltage vector group including four candidate voltage vectors, where the plurality of candidate voltage vectors is selected referring the lookup table. The electric drive system includes motor, power converter, and controller, and configured to perform the method.

An electronic control module is provided. The electronic control module is operably connected to a power supply for providing power to a motor. The electronic control module includes an input device, a processor coupled to the input device, and first and second current supply lines. The processor is configured to generate a command signal in response to an input supplied by the input device and transmit the command signal to the motor. The command signal controls an operating point of the motor. The first and second current supply lines are operably connectable to the motor and the processor. At least one of the current supply lines, the input device and the processor are adapted to utilize the current supply lines both to transmit power to the motor and to transmit the command signal to the motor over the current supply lines.

The present invention disclose a method and apparatus for pulse-width modulation (PWM) of a variable-frequency drive (VFD), the method comprising: for each sector of a space vector graph for PWM of the VFD, identifying at least two possible clamping phases in switching between the vectors in the sector; comparing currents in multiple phases in at least one PWM cycle; in the sector of the space vector graph corresponding to the PWM cycle, determining the possible clamping phase with the maximum current in the at least two possible clamping phases; and clamping the determined possible clamping phase with the maximum current.
System, motor controller and associated method
An electronic control module is provided. The electronic control module is operably connected to a power supply for providing power to a motor. The electronic control module includes an input device, a processor coupled to the input device, and first and second current supply lines. The processor is configured to generate a command signal in response to an input supplied by the input device and transmit the command signal to the motor. The command signal controls an operating point of the motor. The first and second current supply lines are operably connectable to the motor and the processor. At least one of the current supply lines, the input device and the processor are adapted to utilize the current supply lines both to transmit power to the motor and to transmit the command signal to the motor over the current supply lines.

A method for adaptive motor control includes acquiring current parameters in an operation process of the motor at a current moment; determining a type of a region in which the motor operates at the current moment according to the current parameters; triggering a corresponding motor model according to the type of the region in which the motor operates at the current moment; and inputting the current parameters into the corresponding motor model, generating control parameters for motor operation according to the current parameters, and controlling the operation of the motor according to the control parameters for motor operation. An apparatus and a computer-readable storage medium are also disclosed. In comparison with the conventional motor control which uses the single nonlinear model, the motor control method disclosed herein can greatly improve the reliability of the control.

A motor control system has a computing device and a motor controller. The computing device receives user demands through a GUI, and provides a preset speed table based on the user demands. The preset speed table has a plurality of fixed values of a duty cycle of a pulse width modulation signal and a plurality of preset values of a preset motor speed corresponding to the plurality of fixed values of the duty cycle of the pulse width modulation signal. The motor controller provides the pulse width modulation signal to drive a motor based on the preset speed table.

A position control method for a servo, includes: receiving, from a control terminal, a motion control command that comprises a motion planning parameter about position of an output shaft of the servo; acquiring speed information or time information indicated by the motion planning parameter, and determining a constant parameter control duration according to the speed information or time information; determining a control parameter corresponding to a constant parameter control stage according to the constant parameter control duration and a preset constant parameter; performing a transient adjustment to the servo when the constant parameter control stage ends, and changing the control parameter to an adaptive operation parameter when the transient adjustment ends; and controlling a rotation angle of the output shaft of the servo to perform a position control of the servo, based on duration values and control parameters corresponding to each of a plurality of control stages.
