Phase lines of U, V and W of each fuse circuit element (32) are connected together at a neutral point (40), and a fuse (38) is interposed between the neutral point (40) and each coil. By supplying power to a heater (39) accommodated in the fuse circuit element (32) from a control terminal (34), the fuse (38) is blown out.
