RECHARGING SYSTEM OF HYBRID VEHICLE USING NEUTRAL POINTS OF TWO MOTORS
A system for recharging a hybrid vehicle is provided with two motors and supplies commercial electricity to neutral points of the motors when a connection of a recharging stand is detected, forms an electricity loop through the neutral points of the first motor and the second motor according to a phase of the commercial electricity, and carries out a recharging mode by detecting at least a voltage of a DC link capacitor in a voltage converter, a voltage of a smoothing capacitor, and a battery voltage. According to the system, a current control value or a voltage control value is selected according to the recharging mode in order to recharge a battery based on the current control value or the voltage control value.
POWER CONTROL SYSTEM FOR HYBRID VEHICLE
A power control system for a hybrid vehicle is provided. The system includes a rechargeable battery, a first motor that is connected to a driving wheel of the vehicle, and a second motor that is connected to the driving wheel of the vehicle. A first inverter is connected to the first motor and a second inverter is connected to the second motor. A converter has a first side connected to the battery and a second side connected to the first inverter. A neutral switch is connected between the first side of the converter and a neutral point of the first motor. A controller executes an on/off of the switch based on whether the first motor is operated and required power of the vehicle.

The motor controller unit includes N bridge arms, and the motor includes N motor windings corresponding to the N bridge arms. Each of the N bridge arms includes a first end and a second end, the first end of each bridge arm is connected to a positive bus, the second end of each bridge arm is connected to a negative bus, a midpoint of each bridge arm is connected to one end of one motor winding, the other end of each of the N motor windings is connected to one end of a power battery, and the other end of the power battery is connected to the positive bus or the negative bus.
Power conversion apparatus
An inverter in a power conversion apparatus has a series connection body of upper- and lower-arm switches. The series connection body connects in parallel to a series connection body of first and second power storage units. A rotating electric machine has a winding that is electrically connected to the inverter. A neutral-point wiring electrically connects a negative electrode side of the first power storage unit and a positive electrode side of the second power storage unit, and a neutral point of the winding. A control unit performs switching control of the upper- and lower-arm switches such that a current flows between the first power storage unit and the second power storage unit through the inverter, the winding, and the neutral-point wiring. A case houses at least the inverter and provides a shield function. At least a portion of the neutral-point wiring is housed inside the case.
