Sanitizing Process for Exposing a Food Container to Multiple Sanitizing Agents Along a Circuitous Path
A method for sanitizing pre-measured units of a pre-sanitized flowable food product in a sanitizing device installed into an existing food production system without substantially increasing the head height requirement of the feed production system. A plurality of containers are moved about a path with increased retention time through a plurality of stations: a receiving station, one or more sanitizing stations, and a dispensing station, and a container cleaning station. A pre-measured unit measured for packaging is received at the receiving station into a container. The pre-measured unit is exposed to one or more sanitizing agents at one or more sanitizing stations. The pre-measured unit is immediately packaged after sanitization. The pre-measured unit is dispensed into a packaging device at the dispensing station. The containers are then cleaned at the container cleaning station to prepare each container to receive a subsequent pre-measured unit of the pre-sanitized flowable feed product.
STERILIZING METHOD AND STERILIZER
A sterilizing method for sterilizing a sterilization object housed in a chamber (11) includes a first vapor injection step (S502) of injecting vapor produced from an aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide to an inside of the chamber (11), an ozone injection step (S505) of injecting ozone gas to the inside of the chamber (11) after the first vapor injection step (S502), and a second vapor injection step (S507) of injecting vapor produced from water or vapor produced from a solution containing a volatile component to the inside of the chamber (11) after the ozone injection step (S505).
METHOD AND DISINFECTION SYSTEM FOR DISINFECTING A CLOSED SPACE OR SURFACE INCLUDING WALL-MOUNTED UV RADIATION DELIVERY AND MONITORING APPARATUS
Method and disinfection system for disinfecting a closed space or surface including light fixtures fixedly positioned at predefined locations in a closed space. The disinfection system includes a UV emitter module positioned over a robotic system. The light fixtures and the UV emitter module emit ultraviolet C (UVC) light for disinfecting the closed space or a surface in the closed space. The disinfection system includes sensors for measuring the amount of UVC light delivered by the light sources and UV emitter module. The disinfection system includes a control system for determining a profile for the closed space or surface based on the amount of UVC light needed and corresponding time to disinfect. The control system communicatively connects to the sensors. The control system monitors the amount of UVC light and controls the operation of the light sources and UV emitter module to deliver the required amount of UVC light.
STORAGE CONTAINER WTIH FILTRATION SYSTEM
A storage container (100) comprising a housing (110) containing a storage chamber (112) isolated from an outside environment (10). The housing (110) defines a housing inlet (130) and a housing outlet (140). The storage container (100) is configured to clean air in the outside environment (10). The storage container (100) comprises a first filtration assembly (360) coupled to the housing (110) about the housing outlet (140). The first filtration assembly (360) has a first filtration inlet (364) configured to receive air from the storage chamber, a first filtration outlet (366) configured to release air into the outside environment (10), and first filter media (368) between the first filtration inlet (364) and the first filtration outlet (366).
ROTATABLE SURFACE APPARATUSES FOR SANITIZING AN UNUSED SURFACE OF A VEHICLE
A rotatable surface apparatus for a vehicle includes a frame including a contact surface, a cover having at least a first surface portion and a second surface portion, a rotating mechanism rotating the cover to selectively position not more than one of the first surface portion and the second surface portion over the contact surface of the frame simultaneously, and a sanitizing mechanism sanitizing the first surface portion and the second surface portion of the cover when positioned within a predetermined proximity of the sanitizing mechanism.
RETRACTABLE SANITIZING APPARATUSES FOR TRAVERSING AND SANITIZING SURFACES OF A VEHICLE
A retractable sanitizing apparatus for a vehicle including a return station, a sanitizing mechanism positionable between a first sanitizing position, a second sanitizing position, and a stowed position, the sanitizing mechanism positioned at the return station when in the stowed position, and a linkage member connecting the sanitizing mechanism to the return station and positioning the sanitizing mechanism between the first sanitizing position and the second sanitizing position, wherein the sanitizing mechanism sanitizes a surface of the vehicle as the sanitizing mechanism moves from the first sanitizing position to the second sanitizing position and across the surface of the vehicle.
Sterile container comprising a vapour-permeable seal
A sterile container includes a container pan, a container cover, a closure for closing the sterile container, and a seal or sealing element between the container pan and the container cover. The seal or sealing element is vapor-permeable.
Apparatus and Methods for Inactivating Bacteria on Surfaces and Mammalian Tissue
A device to provide sterilized surfaces and skin with the application of multiple bactericidal agents in combinations accentuating each agent's efficacy. UV, IR, and potentially others, in conjunction with minimal Ozone levels conditioned to rapidly move through the air surface/boundary layer for effective and timely activation of oxidizing effects on bacterial agents and secondarily through surface layer absorption for continued bacterial inactivation/oxidation after the stenlization event has occurred.
STERILIZING METHOD AND STERILIZER
A sterilizing method includes a preliminary decompression step (S200) of decompressing the inside of a chamber (11) with respect to an atmospheric pressure after a sterilization object wrapped with a wrapping member made from a material that absorbs ozone gas and hydrogen peroxide is housed in the chamber (11), an ozone adsorption step (S300) of injecting ozone gas to the inside of the chamber (11) under a decompressed state achieved in the preliminary decompression step (S200) to cause the ozone gas to be adsorbed to the wrapping member, and a sterilization step (S500) of sterilizing the sterilization object using the zone gas and hydrogen peroxide after the ozone adsorption step (S300).
