Sterilization apparatus and sterilization method
The present invention provides a sterilization apparatus and a sterilization method. The sterilization method includes: an operation in which a sterilant injection block for containing a sterilant and providing a sterilant injection path for injecting the sterilant or a vacuum packaging pouch having the sterilant injection block is mounted inside a vacuum chamber; and an operation in which the vacuum chamber is operated in a chamber mode in which the vacuum chamber is used as a sterilization container when only the sterilant injection block is mounted and the vacuum packaging pouch is operated in a pouch mode in which the vacuum packaging pouch is used as a sterilization container when the vacuum packaging pouch is mounted.
Food ingredient transfer device
A food ingredient transfer device is provided. The food ingredient transfer device includes a dosing device configured to receive a food ingredient, and a first chamber that is provided with an inlet and an outlet for allowing the dosing device to pass through the first chamber. The food ingredient transfer device further includes a second chamber arranged adjacent to the first chamber for receiving the dosing device when it has passed through the first chamber, the second chamber being provided with an outlet for allowing the dosing device to pass through the second chamber and into an enclosure that contains a food product to which the food ingredient shall be transferred.
Aseptic filling machine and aseptic filling method
An aseptic filling machine capable of performing molding and filling at the same time that has a compact facility size, requires a reduced initial investment, requires a reduced running cost because of its simplified process, and ensures an aseptic condition with reliability, and an aseptic filling method therefor. An aseptic filling machine includes a pre-heating sterilizing portion that sterilizes a preform, a heating portion that heats the sterilized preform, a molding and filling portion that fills the heated preform with a sterilized content under high pressure, thereby molding the preform into a bottle and at the same time filling the preform with the content, and a sealing portion that seals the bottle filled with the content. Before the aseptic filling machine starts operating, each portion is sterilized. During operation of the aseptic filling machine, aseptic air is supplied to each portion to maintain the aseptic condition.
Aseptic manipulation system and object-introducing method for aseptic manipulation system
An aseptic manipulation system comprises first and second operation chambers, an aseptic manipulation chamber, and a control unit. The control unit controls the ventilation of the first operation chamber for more than a first specified number of times, after an object is introduced into the first operation chamber, and ventilates the second operation chamber for more than a second specified number of times that is greater than the first specified number of times, after the object is transferred into the second operation chamber from the first chamber.
Decontamination process device and decontamination process method
A decontamination process device includes a chamber that contains a decontamination target, a heating device that generates decontamination vapor, an air sending part that sends the decontamination vapor into the chamber, a ventilation system that ventilates the chamber, a controller that controls operations of the decontamination process device. The controller performs a supply process that supplies the decontamination vapor into the chamber and an elimination process that eliminates a decontamination component after the supply process. The ventilation system adjusts an ventilation amount and the controller is set to repeat the supply processes at multiple times, and to perform a dry process between the repeated supply processes and to maintain the chamber at a positive pressure during the dry process.
ISOLATOR SYSTEM AND DECONTAMINATION METHOD THEREFOR
An isolator system 1 includes: a main isolator 3 in which an aseptic state is maintained and which is for performing an aseptic operation; an incubator 4 in which the aseptic state is maintained and which is connected to the main isolator 3 and is for culturing cells and the like; decontamination means 35 for decontaminating the inside of the main isolator 3; and a decontamination station 9 that decontaminates the inside of the incubator 4. The isolator system 1 further includes a blocking member 30 for sealing a connection port 13 from the outside, the port being provided in the main isolator 3 and being for connection with the incubator 4. When the inside of the main isolator 3 is decontaminated, the connection port 13 is sealed from the outside with the blocking member 30. The isolator system that can efficiently decontaminate the main isolator and the subisolator connected to this main isolator can be provided.
STERILIZATION COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS
A biological indicator is provided for measuring the effectiveness of a sterilization procedure. The biological indicator comprises a carrier having a microorganism and at least one of a humectant, anti-agglomerating agent or surfactant disposed thereon, the carrier having a solidity of greater than 5%. Various embodiments of a device, kits and methods are disclosed.
SWAB CANISTER EQUIPPED WITH MOISTURE PERMEABLE MEMBRANE AND DESSICANT
A swab canister (101) is provided which includes a container (103) equipped with a first opening (105) and having a removable sample collector (117) disposed therein. A membrane (111) which is permeable to both moisture and a sanitizing agent such as ethylene oxide is disposed between the sample collector and the first opening. A desiccant (113) disposed between the membrane and the first opening.
Methods for improving respiratory system health and increasing the concentration of hypothiocyanate ion in vertebrate lungs
The present disclosure relates to methods and devices to improve respiratory system health, increase resistance to infection, and increase the hypothiocyanate ion in mammalian lungs. The methods generally comprise: generating a Hydrogen Peroxide Gas that is non-hydrated and free of ozone, and directing the gas comprising primarily Hydrogen Peroxide Gas into an environment and exposing a subject to the environment such that the Hydrogen Peroxide Gas acts to the increase of the hypothiocyanate ion in mammalian lungs.
METHOD FOR STERILIZING INTERIOR OF ASEPTIC FILLER CHAMBER
In the COP treatment and the SOP treatment of the interior of a chamber of an aseptic filler, any cleaning liquid or aseptic water remaining in the chamber is quickly removed before spray of a sterilizer containing peracetic acid or hydrogen peroxide.
A transfer device for transferring a container in the chamber of the aseptic filler is driven to remove the cleaning liquid sued for the COP treatment or the aseptic water used for the SOP treatment.
