STERILIZING METHOD AND STERILIZER
A sterilizing method for sterilizing a sterilization object housed in a chamber (11) includes a first vapor injection step (S104) of injecting vapor produced from a first aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide to the inside of the chamber (11), an ozone injection step (S107) of injecting ozone gas to the inside of the chamber (11) after the first vapor injection step (S104), and a second vapor injection step (S109) of injecting vapor produced from pure water or vapor produced from a second aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide to the inside of the chamber (11) after the ozone injection step (S107).
DECONTAMINATION OF RESPIRATORY EQUIPMENT
Described herein are methods, devices and systems for decontaminating respiratory medical devices and equipment. Decontamination includes removing humidity from an interior of a respiratory equipment decontamination chamber after an interior thereof is sealed to exclude ambient air. The interior of the decontamination chamber is conditioned by introducing vaporized hydrogen peroxide (VHP) thereto to achieve a target concentration, which is maintained at a predetermined concentration for a decontamination period. The interior of the decontamination chamber is then aerated. Other examples are disclosed and claimed.
Beverage filling method and apparatus
Only a bottle properly preliminarily heated is sterilized by hydrogen peroxide. Temperature inspection to the bottle is performed while travelling the bottle. During the inspection, a bottle of which temperature does not reach a predetermined temperature is removed and a bottle of which temperature reaches the predetermined temperature is continuously travelled, hydrogen peroxide condensed mist α is blown toward a mouth portion 1a of the bottle by a spray tube 59 disposed at a predetermined position, and hot air is blown into the bottle from the nozzle while the nozzle 64 following the mouth portion of the bottle. According to such operation, only the bottle properly heated can be sterilized by the hydrogen peroxide, Thereafter, beverage fills the bottle, which is then sealed.
Aseptic filling apparatus and method of decontaminating the same
In an aseptic filling apparatus, a CIP of the content filling station is performed after rotation of a wheel in the content filling station is stopped, a COP or SOP of the content filling station is performed while the wheel in the content filling station is rotating immediately after the CIP is completed, an SIP of the content filling station is performed with rotation of the wheel in the content filling station being stopped immediately after the COP or SOP is completed, and one or both of the COP and SOP of the other stations is performed in a predetermined order while wheels in the other stations are rotating in a period from the start of the CIP to the end of the SIP.
Method and filling machine for filling packages that are open on one side
Described and depicted is a method for filling packages that are open on one side, in particular cardboard composite packages, with free-flowing products, in particular foodstuffs, in a filling machine. In order to allow the heating, sterilisation and/or drying to be carried out at high throughputs more reliably and with less complexity in terms of the equipment and/or method, it is provided that preheating air and/or drying air and/or sterilising agent is introduced into the packages that are open on one side and that a volume of preheating air and/or drying air and/or sterilising agent, said volume corresponding to at least three times the volume of the package that is open on one side, is introduced into at least one, preferably at least substantially each, package that is open on one side.
Fluid connector
Disclosed herein are cell processing systems, devices, and methods thereof. A system for cell processing may comprise a plurality of instruments each independently configured to perform one or more cell processing operations upon a cartridge, and a robot capable of moving the cartridge between each of the plurality of instruments.

STERILIZATION TEST DEVICE
A sterilization process test device for verifying the efficacy of a sterilization process includes a tubular body defining a chamber for containing at least one sterilization indicator and a cap to sealingly close the tubular body. The tubular body includes at least one hole, which is covered by a gas and steam permeable cover. The only flow path into the chamber is provided through the steam and gas permeable cover and the at least one hole, which when combined are configured to control and restrict a flow of steam or a gaseous sterilization medium from an external environment.
STERILANT STORAGE DEVICE AND STERILIZATION DEVICE
A sterilant storage device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a first container storing a sterilant therein and including at least a part having air-permeability, and a second container surrounding the first container and formed to be entirely air-impermeable to maintain an internal airtight condition.
GASEOUS DECONTAMINATION OF AIRCRAFT
A system including a passenger area of a vehicle, an air distribution system arranged in fluid communication with the passenger area, and a fluid movable through the air distribution system to the passenger area, the fluid having a cleaning agent entrained therein.
