METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING AN ARTICLE OF UNDERWEAR, IN PARTICULAR A BRA
Method for manufacturing a bra, comprising the steps of: providing a first fabric layer (11), designed to realize the outer layer of the underwear article, a second fabric layer (13), designed to realize the inner layer of the underwear article and a third material (17) made of thermo-adhesive polyurethane film, designed to realize permanent joining elements between the two fabric layers (11, 13) in the finished article; sprinkling the first fabric layer (11), on its side destined to face the second fabric layer (13), with a reactive “hotmelt” polyurethane glue, capable of being reactivated only once; applying said thermo-adhesive polyurethane film (17) on the side of the second fabric layer (13) destined to face the first fabric layer (11); superimposing the two fabric layers (11, 13), with the side of the first fabric layer covered with glue faced towards the second layer and the thermo-adhesive polyurethane film portions (17) applied to the second fabric layer facing the first fabric layer; joining, by hot-pressing, the two layers of fabric (11, 13) with the aforesaid thermo-adhesive polyurethane film portions (17) interposed between them, reactivating the reactive polyurethane glue to bring it temporarily into a liquid phase and subsequently trigger a cross-linking process that causes the glue to solidify definitively for the fixing of the parts; thermoforming the article according to the desired shape.

Method of production of fabric bags or containers using heat fused seams
A method of producing flexible polypropylene fabric bags with heat fused seams comprising providing fabric pieces, wherein each fabric piece has a coated side and an uncoated side; positioning fabric pieces so that a coated side of one fabric piece faces a coated side of another fabric piece; selecting an area of fabric to be joined for forming a seam or joint; applying heat to the area to be joined that is less than the melting point of the fabrics, for forming one or more seams or joints and wherein the heat fused seams or joints of a resulting polypropylene bag retains at least 85% of the fabric strength without using sewing machines.
