MEDICAL PROTECTIVE CLOTHNG MATERIALS
Protective clothing materials and related methods and garments are provided. In some embodiments, a protective clothing material may comprise a fibrous layer that serves as a barrier to certain fluids (e.g., bodily fluids, water) and microbes. The impermeability of the fibrous layer may be due, at least in part, to the structural uniformity and/or relatively small pore size of the fibrous layer. In some embodiments, the fibrous layer may have a relatively high air permeability that imparts beneficial properties (e.g., relatively high air flow, breathability) to the protective clothing material without adversely affecting its protection rating. In certain embodiments, the protective clothing material may also comprise one or more coarse nonwoven webs that impart beneficial properties (e.g., splash resistance) to the protective clothing material. The protective clothing materials, described herein, may be particularly useful for a wide variety of applications, including the formation of AAMI level 4 protective garments.

Methods and systems for stitching along a predetermined path
Disclosed is a guiding apparatus for use with a machine to facilitate performing an action along a self-guided path on a substrate. The guiding apparatus may include a support member configured to be attached to at least a portion of the machine. Further, the guiding apparatus may include one or more of lighting units, optical sensors, controllers, and user interface components, mounted on the support member, configured to identify an object, obtain position of the object on a substrate and perform an action along a self-guided path in association with that object on the substrate.
Garment sleeve attachment systems and methods
Various examples are provided related to attachment of bands about a garment opening. In one example, among others, a sleeve band can be attached to a garment by loading the sleeve band on a band guide, aligning an opening of a garment over the sleeve band, and attaching the band to the garment along the edge of the opening. Alignment of the edges of the opening and the sleeve band can be maintained by ply aligners during attachment. In another example, a garment holding system includes a garment holder that can receive a garment and a band positioning system includes a band guide that can receive a band. Edges of the opening of the garment and the band can be controlled and maintained with ply aligners of the band positioning system.

Method of collectively preparing clothing having moisture permeable and water proof properties and clothing prepared using the method
Provided are a method of collectively preparing moisture-permeable waterproof clothing and clothing prepared thereby. The method includes a step of cutting a fabric substrate and a film into a plurality of pieces, wherein the plurality of pieces includes at least a first and second group, wherein the first group includes a first substrate and film, and the second group includes a second substrate and film; a step of forming a first laminate by processing the first group; a step of forming a second laminate by processing the second group; a step of forming a seam by connecting the first and second substrate; a step of covering a seam area with the second film and then covering the second film with the first film; and a step of finally laminating the first and the second laminate along with the seam.
GARMENT
Provided is a garment that is excellent in the stretchability of a fabric and a joining part between fabrics, and is comfortable to the wearer. Provided is a garment including a first fabric, a second fabric, and a belt-shaped member, in which the first fabric is in a back panel, the second fabric is in a front panel, the belt-shaped member is arranged along the first fabric and the second fabric, at least one of the first fabric and the second fabric has a larger elongation in a direction perpendicular to a direction parallel to a boundary line between the first fabric and the second fabric (boundary line perpendicular direction D2) than an elongation in the direction parallel to the boundary line (boundary line parallel direction),
