DEVICE FOR REDUCING ODOR IN ATHLETIC APPAREL STORAGE
A device which reduces odor in athletic apparel storage, notably athletic or gym bags, lockers, and similar places where athletic apparel might be stored before it can be washed is disclosed. Chemical means both to reduce the odor of unwashed apparel by chemically neutralizing odor-causing compounds with a de-odorizer and to mask the odor of unwashed apparel with a masking scent, together or in the alternative, are disclosed. An exterior configuration for the device making it simple to use and appropriate for use in rugged conditions is also disclosed, as is an improved embodiment making the mode of the device (active or inactive) readily apparent.
AIR FRESHENING DEVICE UTILIZING A SOLID-FORM COMPOSITION AND A METHOD OF FRESHENING THE AIR
An air freshening device is provided. The device includes a housing and a fan connected with the housing. The device may include a pouch disposed in air-flow communication with the fan. The pouch may be disposed downstream from the fan. The pouch includes a solid-form composition enclosed by an air-permeable substrate. The device may include a screen in air flow communication with the fan. The screen may include a plurality of openings and a semi-solid or solid form composition disposed on at least a portion of the screen. The solid-form composition includes a perfume mixture and a malodor reduction material.
Air Freshener Device
An air freshener device is disclosed that is comprised of a stretchable, scented band for a vehicle's rearview mirror. The air freshener device comprises a rubber or silicone material that molds to the rear-view mirror. The device comes in various colors and scents, thereby offering a decorative aspect, as well as emitting a pleasant scent within the vehicle. The stretchable band can also easily be removed and replaced as needed.
Trash can with fragrant oil dispensary
The trash can with fragrant oil dispensary is a waste container that is configured for use with solid domestic waste. The trash can with fragrant oil dispensary is configured to temporarily store solid domestic waste until the solid domestic waste can be permanently disposed of. The trash can with fragrant oil dispensary further comprises a reservoir, a mesh, and a channel. The reservoir, mesh and channel combine to form fragrance dispensing apparatus. The fragrance dispensing apparatus releases essential oils and other volatile materials to repel insects and to mask objectionable odors. The mesh and the channel attach to the reservoir. The reservoir is attached to an interior surface of the waste container.
COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS FOR ODOR CONTROL
A composition comprising an inert material; a liquid binder; and an odor inhibitor, wherein the odor inhibitor is a salt of an aminopolycarboxylic acid compound. A method for preparing a composition comprising providing an odor inhibitor, wherein the odor inhibitor is a salt of an aminopolycarboxylic acid compound; providing an inert material, wherein the inert material comprises particles having a mean particle size less than 1000 microns; mixing the odor inhibitor the inert material in a high-shear mixer; introducing a liquid binder to the mixer; and mixing the liquid binder, the non-porous inert material and the odor inhibitor until granules form which are 200 to 2500 microns in diameter.
ACID COMPOSITIONS AND USES THEREOF
The present disclosure provides compositions and methods for using the compositions to treat animal facilities. In particular, the composition comprises a metal sulfate, an inorganic acid having a pKa of less than 1, and one or more organic acids.
ORNAMENTAL AIR FRAGRANCE DISPENSER
An ornamental fragrance dispenser for spreading fragrant aroma in selected areas. The air freshener filter insert is a strip of permeable solid strip of material impregnated with a time release substance of selected fragrance. An air freshener strip of selected dimensions is disposed in a cooperatively engaging slot formed in the dispensing device mountable to an air vent of a vehicle of air displacement device such as a fan or suspended in a selected area by hanging means. The dispenser is a perforated housing or shell including a void shaped to receive and hold an absorbent strip containing time release liquid with natural oils which evaporate to spread a pleasant aroma in the surrounding area. The shell includes hanging means such as a hook, eyelet and cord, sticky tape and clip for hanging the shell from a car mirror, air vent, ceiling fan, kitchen appliance such as refrigerator, dishwasher, gym locker, and so on.
COMPOSITE MEMBRANE
A refill cartridge for a volatile composition includes a reservoir, a volatile composition within the reservoir, and a composite membrane in fluid communication with the reservoir. The composite membrane includes a barrier layer having a thickness of less than about 10 .Math. and at least one support layer in contact with the barrier layer, the support layer having a thickness of at least about 10 um. The volatile composition is transported from the reservoir across the composite membrane at a flux of between 1 and 100 g/(m2-hr) at about 25 C. and about 101 kPa.
FRAGRANCE SACHET
A fragrance sachet includes a holder for a medium such as vermiculite. The medium can be treated with fragrance materials such as essential oils. The holder comprises a pouch formed with different materials on opposing sides which form designated respective front and back of the sachet. The designated front material is selected to support the application of indicia and/or decorations, while the designated back material may have filter type characteristics, to facilitate fragrance dispersion. The use of heat-sealable opposing side materials particularly facilitates formation of the pouch using a form-fill-seal system. The resulting sachet product may be configured with self-standing and/or hanging support features which avoid damaging any associated finished surfaces.
MAGNETIC DECOMPOSITION DEVICE, AND MAGNETIC DECOMPOSITION METHOD
[Object] To perform a magnetic decomposition treatment by effectively utilizing smoke emissions.
[Solution Means] When an opening 112 is opened and hot air is blown by a hot air gun 40, the waste is thermally decomposed inside the thermal decomposition treatment chamber 110. When smoke emissions generated by the thermal decomposition pass through a shower 210 and a swashplate filter 220 of the filter section 200, a temperature thereof is lowered and tar is removed, and then the smoke emissions pass: through a blower 230, and when the smoke emissions pass through a water tank filter 240, tar is further removed, and moisture is removed by a cloth filter 250. Thereafter, odor is eliminated by a zeolite filter 260 and an activated carbon filter 270, and then, from an intake duct 30, and the smoke emissions are fed to the thermal decomposition treatment chamber 110.
