The holder comprises a pouch formed with different materials on opposing sides which form designated respective front and back of the sachet. The designated front material is selected to support the application of indicia and/or decorations, while the designated back material may have filter type characteristics, to facilitate fragrance dispersion. The use of heat-sealable opposing side materials particularly facilitates formation of the pouch using a form-fill-seal system. The resulting sachet product may be configured with self-standing and/or hanging support features which avoid damaging any associated finished surfaces.

The discharge device includes a discharging unit, which has a tip end and discharges from the tip end in response to an application of a voltage, an induction electrode, which forms an electric field between the induction electrode end the discharging unit, and a second electrode, which is disposed between the discharging unit and the induction electrode and receives a voltage having a polarity the same as a polarity of the voltage applied to the discharging unit.

The present invention discloses a system for deodorizing an environment comprising a fan disposed within a housing. The fan creates an air stream by pulling air through an intake and expelling air through an exhaust. An ozone generator is disposed within the housing. As air is moved past the ozone generator, oxygen in the air is converted to ozone and expelled through the exhaust to deodorize the surrounding environment.

A method for producing an aroma composition from an animal or plant material, including: holding an adsorbent in a bag and putting the bag in a bag holder inside an aroma compound adsorbing device, fragmenting an animal or plant material to give crude fragmented pieces of the material containing minor fragments, removing the minor fragments from a gas containing aroma compounds emitted from the material in its fragmentation and minor fragments, introducing the gas from which the minor fragments have been removed into the adsorbent to adsorb the aroma compounds, taking out the bag from the bag holder, and collecting the aroma compounds from the adsorbent to prepare an aroma composition containing the aroma compounds, and the bag holder has a mesh lid at its both ends, and the bag has pores not passable by the adsorbent; the method is excellent in handleability of the adsorbent.

Articles can be provided with odor resistance by applying a dispersion of a halogenated heterocyclic N-halamine in an inert liquid carrier onto the surface of the article and allowing the inert liquid carrier to penetrate into it. The N-halamine accordingly becomes deposited on the surface of the article after the inert liquid carrier penetrates into the article. This method can be used to provide odor resistance to a variety of substrates, including garbage bags. It can also be used to deposit other functional particulates onto the surface of substrates having sufficient porosity to take up the vehicle. The vehicle interior deodorizer may comprise a deodorizing device for deodorizing the interior of a vehicle and a method of using the deodorizing device. During a treatment cycle, the deodorizing device may release a chemical tablet into a cup holding water after an evacuation interval. The chemical tablet may dissolve in the water, creating a deodorizing solution. A bubbler mechanism may de-gas the deodorizing solution and may force deodorizing gas out of the deodorizing device such that the deodorizing gas may saturate the interior of the vehicle during a treatment interval. The bubbler mechanism may quiesce during a dissipation interval such that the deodorizing gas may abate. The vehicle may be opened and aired out to complete the treatment cycle.
