The first end of the transmission line is coupled to an input of the first amplifier and a plurality of channels. Each channel includes a plurality of resonators arranged to read out a plurality of qubits, respectively and a readout line arranged to receive read out signals from the plurality of resonators. The readout line of each channel is coupled to the transmission line and each channel is configured to output a respective signal in a respective frequency band which is different from frequency bands of other channels in the plurality of channels.

The variable low pass filter is disposed on a path between the tracker and the external connection terminal. In the variable low pass filter, a first block includes at least one electronic component. A second block is a block that varies a cutoff frequency of the variable low pass filter. The second block is integrated with the tracker into one package. The first block is disposed separately from the tracker.

In certain embodiments, a Doherty power amplifier includes a carrier amplifier that generates a radio frequency carrier signal based on amplifying a radio frequency input signal, a peaking amplifier that generates a radio frequency peaking signal based on amplifying the radio frequency input signal, and a phase shifting and combining circuit configured to combine the radio frequency carrier signal and the radio frequency peaking signal to generate a radio frequency output signal. The carrier amplifier and the peaking amplifier have asymmetric amplifier sizes.

The present disclosure relates to devices and methods for detecting and preventing occurrence of a saturation state in a power amplifier. A power amplifier module can include a power amplifier including a cascode transistor pair. The cascode transistor pair can include a first transistor and a second transistor. The power amplifier module can include a current comparator configured to compare a first base current of the first transistor and a second base current of the second transistor to obtain a comparison value. The power amplifier module can include a saturation controller configured to supply a reference signal to an impedance matching network based on the comparison value. The impedance matching network can be configured to modify a load impedance of a load line in electrical communication with the power amplifier based at least in part on the reference signal.

An antenna filter is connected to the power amplifier and configured to filter the amplified analog transmission signal; the antenna filter is configured to pass frequencies in at least one passband and to attenuate frequencies in at least one stopband. The digital processing device is configured to perform a process of reducing peak power in the digital transmission signal; in this process error components having different frequencies are produced. A frequency spectrum of the error components is manipulated such that a part of the error components is deposited in the stopband of the antenna filter.
