A diversified head wear ornament includes a wearing member having an arched elastomer made in the form of a headband and an outer fabric layer covered on the arched elastomer, and one or two ornamental members detachably fastened to the wearing member. Each ornamental member includes a mount, an ornament, a pivoting device connected between the ornament and the mount for allowing adjustment of the angular position of the ornament relative to the mount, and a fastener provided at the opposing bottom side of the mount for fastening the mount to the wearing member.

The present invention is directed to a novel flocked article for personalizing consumer articles, such as clothing, bags, and like. The flocked article comprises a flocked design layer and a base layer, the flocked design layer embedded to a top surface of the base layer, wherein the top surface of the base layer is adapted to receive colors. The flocked design layer having at least one flocked design template into which one more different colors can be filled.

Headgear for use in Bharatnatyam
A Bharatnatyam headgear comprising a wearable hair net, the hair net being pliable and expandable to be worn over a dancer's head and covering the head, the wearable hair net matching a color of the dancer's hair. A circular piece is affixed to the hair net. The circular piece is capable of being positioned in a middle of a forehead at a forward end of the hair partition of the dancer. A forehead piece is affixed to the hair net, the forehead piece extending in a horizontal direction capable of being positioned to coincide with a hairline in a left and right direction and extending at least beyond eyebrows of the dancer. A vertical piece is affixed to the hair net, the vertical piece being attached to the circular piece and extending across a middle of the head to cover the hair partition.
Hat with illumination system
A hat with illumination system including a hat having a logo with an integrated light assembly including a lens, a battery, at least one light, and a control-unit. The hat includes the logo with the integrated light assembly on a front outer surface of the hat. The light assembly is made up of the lens, the battery, the at least one light and the control unit in functional combination providing an illumination system to functionally display the logo in low light conditions. The device may be used to show fan support at night games or during low light conditions.
Water Resistant Hair Pouch
An apparatus and methods are provided for a water-resistant hair pouch that is secure, lightweight, easy to use, and capable of preventing tangles and water damage often encountered due to recreational swimming in pools, water parks, lakes, oceans, and the like. The water-resistant hair pouch comprises a pouch that tapers from an opening to an apex. The opening provides access to a water-resistant cavity inside the pouch. An elastic loop coupled with the pouch, adjacent to the opening, is configured to be wrapped around a ponytail that is inserted through the opening into the water-resistant cavity. A drawstring facilitates cinching the opening around the base of the ponytail to minimize water exposure to the hair, or maintain a dry state of the hair, during immersion in water. Straps are attached to opposite sides of the pouch to enable a practitioner to secure the ponytail within a folded configuration of the pouch.
Convertible and customizable greeting card
A convertible greeting card that can be converted from a greeting card into an accessory such as a hat. The convertible greeting card can optionally include a message and a decoration. The shape and geometry of the convertible greeting card are typically selected such that brims will extend in a direction generally orthogonal to a first surface of the card when the brim flaps are releasably affixed to one another. Decorations can be disposed on one or more of a first or second surface of the card. A message can also be disposed on a surface of the card.

The apparatus includes a head-worn article, including an opening in the rear the article, a video camera mounted inside of the article, having a lens positioned at the opening to capture video data from the rear of the article and a transceiver to wirelessly transmit the video data to a remote device and receive wireless signals from the remote device to control operation of the video camera.
