An inductive-capacitive filter assembly includes a first and a second insulating-conductive strip concentrically wound around a winding axis, the first insulating-conductive strip including a first conductive strip joined with a first insulating strip, and the second insulating-conductive strip including a second conductive strip joined with a second insulating strip.

Common mode filter

Disclosed herein is a common mode filter that includes a winding core part and first and second wires wound in a same direction around the winding core part. The first and second wires constitute a first winding block on one endmost side in an axial direction of the winding core part, a second winding block on other endmost side in the axial direction of the winding core part, and a third winding block positioned between the first and second winding blocks. The second winding block is a winding block at an odd-numbered position counted from the first winding block. The first and second wires cross each other in an area between the first and third winding blocks and in an area between the second and third winding blocks.

BRIDGE COMBINERS WITH RESONATORS FOR RADIO-FREQUENCY APPLICATIONS

Bride combiners with resonators for radio-frequency applications. A bridge combiner can be implemented as a coupling circuit that includes a common node and configured to couple the common node to a first group of filters through a first path and to couple the common node to a second group of one or more filters through a second path. The coupling circuit can include a resonator such that an impedance provided by each filter of the first group for a signal in each band of the second group results in the signal being sufficiently excluded from the first path, and such that an impedance provided by each filter of the second group for a signal in each band of the first group results in the signal being sufficiently excluded from the second path.

Power circuit common mode filter

A power circuit common mode filter includes: a U-shaped soft magnetic core and two cylindrical soft magnetic cores, wherein recessed grooves are provided at tops of two side walls of the U-shaped soft magnetic core, and the two cylindrical soft magnetic cores are movably installed in the U-shaped soft magnetic core; two ends of each of the cylindrical soft magnetic cores are embedded in the corresponding recessed grooves, and a coil is set on each of the two cylindrical soft magnetic cores in the U-shaped soft magnetic core; the U-shaped soft magnetic core and the cylindrical soft magnetic cores are both covered with a high-voltage-resist insulating material to form insulating layers; surfaces of the insulating layers at the recessed grooves are provided with electrode layers, and ends of the coil is fixedly connected to the electrode layers through soldering tin.

Electronic component

An electronic component includes a multilayer body including dielectric layers, a circuit pattern, and band-shaped conductor patterns. The circuit pattern includes a conductor pattern that is disposed inside the multilayer body and defines an inductor. The band-shaped conductor patterns are grounded and cover a portion of a shield surface. An internal surface is located between the circuit pattern and an upper surface. On a shield surface, a non-shielded area is provided which is not covered with any of the band-shaped conductor patterns, and through which magnetic flux generated from the inductor is able to pass.

An electronic component capable of obtaining higher attenuation characteristics. The electronic component includes a substrate, a first inductor and a second inductor disposed on a main surface of the substrate, and a transmission line provided on the substrate and connecting the first inductor and the second inductor in series. A first central axis of the first inductor and a second central axis of the second inductor are parallel to a main surface of the substrate and are not located on the same linear line when viewed from a direction orthogonal to the main surface of the substrate. The first inductor and the second inductor are arranged at a distance for magnetic coupling.

PERMANENT MAGNET MOTOR HARMONIC FILTER

Architectures or techniques are presented that can improve operation of permanent magnet (PM) motors, which can be part of a compressor or other heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) device. Such improvements can be achieved by integration of inductive filtering into the motor assembly. A higher overall inductance can reduce current ripple and can further result in a lower total harmonic distortion, reduced power loss, and reduced heat generated. For example a first architecture can include a ferromagnetic core element in the PM motor that can cause a non-torque-producing reluctance path to the shaft. A second architecture can integrate a signal filter, which is customarily external, into a housing of the PM motor. Such can significant reduce costs and provide other advantages. A third architecture can couple an inductor (e.g., of the signal filter) to the shaft. Rotation of the shaft can thus serve to provide additional cooling for the inductor.
