Delivery systems
Methods for manufacturing drug delivery systems are provided. The drug delivery systems may include a substrate coated with at least one polymer and at least one active compound. The substrate may include yarns, yarn precursors, threads, filaments, fibers, and/or other suitable substrates. The methods may include disposing a solution including a monomer and an active compound on the substrate. The methods may also include exposing the solution and the substrate to UV light to initiate polymerization of the solution.
Microenvironmental gas permeable layer capable of supplying hydrogen
A gas permeable layer capable of supplying hydrogen includes a thin layer, encapsulating a hydrogen production formula. An outer side of the thin layer is airtight. An inner side is air-permeable. An inner side surface has a plurality of small holes. The thin layer can be a single layer or a composite layer. The hydrogen production formula does not dissipate. The hydrogen production formula absorbs moisture in the air or liquid water, thereby generating hydrogen. The hydrogen is released onto the skin and into the human body through the small holes. The hydrogen production formula includes metal peroxides, metal hydroxides, or metal hydrides and aluminum powder, or microsilica. The gas permeable layer can be used in sanitary products including eye masks, mouth masks, face masks, cosmetic facial masks, bras, pasties, nursing pads, sanitary napkins (towels), diapers, panty liners, wound dressing, woundplasts, bandage gauze, decubitus pads.

MODIFIED COLLAGEN, METHODS OF MANUFACTURE THEREOF
The present invention provides a method of producing a modified collagen, including the steps of: providing a collagen comprising a S—S bond; introducing a —SH group in said collagen comprising a S—S bond by reduction of the S—S bond to provide a collagen thiol comprising a —SH group; and nitrosating the —SH group of the collagen thiol to provide a modified collagen, said modified collagen comprising S-nitroso groups.

METHODS AND COMPOSITIONS FOR INCREASING THE POTENCY OF ANTIFUNGAL AGENTS
Embodiments provided herein include methods, compositions, and uses of aromatic alcohols to increase the potency of antifungal agents.
METHODS FOR TISSUE REGENERATION AND KITS THEREFOR
Methods are described herein for facilitating tissue regeneration in humans and other large organisms, and kits therefor. Application of an inhibitor of focal adhesion kinase (FAK) to injured tissue may reduce fibrosis and/or scarring during the wound healing process. Patient care for a large number of fibrotic diseases which affect organ function may be ameliorated by such treatment. Kits for application of the FAK inhibitor may include a hydrogel formulation encapsulating the FAK inhibitor.
PERSONAL HYGIENE PRODUCT
The present invention relates to skin care additive which comprises a diester skin care additive which is the reaction product of a fatty alkoxylated ester and a straight, branched or aromatic polyol or poly acid, where the skin care additive provides improved wet lubricancy and/or reduced skin irritancy. More especially, there is provided a personal hygiene product treated with the skin care additive, as such the invention also relates to providing the care additive as a coating on a personal hygiene product. The present invention may also provide use of such a personal hygiene product comprising said skin care additive to prevent or alleviate dermatitis, and in particular nappy rash.
