MOISTURE DETECTOR USING WATER-SOLUBLE CONDUCTOR
A disposable moisture detection component manufactured from a water soluble conductive polymer film-forming and printable mixture with a resistivity of 100 ohms or less. Moisture detection component is embedded in incontinent articles such as diapers and bedpans. Conductive polymer dissolves in the presences of urine or feces and when connected to an electronic circuit, provides diaper status to a caregiver.
WOUND COVERING FOR WOUND MONITORING AND THERAPEUTIC AGENT DELIVERY
A wound covering includes a flexible main body, and a sensor element incorporated into the main body. The sensor element includes a mesh formed from a plurality of fibers, and is configured to undergo a change in appearance in response to a change in a parameter associated with wound exudate. The wound covering further includes a supply of therapeutic agent configured to diffuse therapeutic agent from the wound covering into a wound when the wound covering is placed on a wound.
Absorbent product comprising colored areas
An absorbent product includes a liquid permeable topsheet, a liquid impermeable backsheet, and an absorbent core enclosed between the topsheet and the backsheet. The absorbent core includes an absorbent fibrous layer, a liquid inlet layer, and a carrier layer, in which a transversally central region is arranged in the liquid inlet layer. The central region extends along the entire longitudinal length of the absorbent core, and includes a plurality of slits arranged in a pattern. The slits are in the form of dilated slit openings in a part of said central region, which is comprised in an intermediate portion of the absorbent core, and the slits are in the form of non-dilated slits in parts of said central region, which are comprised in one or both of front and rear portions of the absorbent core.

ABSORBENT ARTICLE WITH GRAPHICS PRINTED IN PRESERVATIVE-FREE INK, AND METHODS OF MANUFACTURE THEREOF
Absorbent articles having components bearing graphics printed using particular inkjet ink compositions and fluid sets are disclosed. The aqueous inkjet ink compositions may have a dynamic viscosity 5 centipoise (5 mPa-sec) at 25 C., and include: (a) a polymer-dispersed pigment colorant at 0.9-6 weight %; (b) a composition consisting of one or more compounds represented by the following Structure (I):
HOCH.sub.2CH.sub.2R(I)
wherein R may be a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group or a substituted or unsubstituted phenoxy group, at 0.5-2 weight %; and (c) a water-soluble humectant, co-solvents, or both, at 20 weight %. Each colorant may have a 50th percentile particle diameter 70 nm and a 95th percentile particle diameter 150 nm. Replenishment or maintenance fluids containing a Structure (I) compound may also be used. Methods for printing using the aqueous inkjet ink compositions and the fluid sets are also disclosed.

Printed regions of components of the articles may bear deposits of dried ink including constituents of the disclosed compositions, that include the one or more Structure I compound(s). The presence of the Structure I compounds in the printed regions may have an effect of inhibiting bacterial growth thereon.
WOUND DRESSING MATERIALS INCORPORATING ANTHOCYANINS DERIVED FROM FRUIT OR VEGETABLE SOURCES
A wound dressing composition, such as gauze, bandages, and surgical tapes comprising a substrate material impregnated with a pH sensitive dye composition comprising at least one anthocyanin derived from fruit or vegetable sources, and methods of use thereof.

Liquid contact indicator
An electronic device having an indication member for determining liquid exposure in an electronic device is disclosed. The indication member may include ink and a layer covering the ink. The layer may include a liquid-permeable layer that allows liquid to pass through the layer and contact the ink. In this regard, at least some of the ink may rise through the layer and to a top surface of the indication member. Although the ink may be exposed at the top surface, in some cases, the ink is visible or detectable when exposed to light from an ultraviolet light source. Also, the top surface may include a pattern or other indicia that is also visible or detectable when exposed to the light source. When the indication member is exposed to liquid, the pattern may be altered or disturbed in a location corresponding to an exposed portion of the indication member.
