A hair wrap envelopes the hair. The hair wrap comprises a cap portion, a pouch, and side walls. The cap portion has at least one attachment means. At least two elongated ties located on opposite sides of the side walls are adapted to be twisted for securing the wrap on the user's head. A material loop is located on a back base of the pouch to hold the ties in place. An attachment means located on a bottom edge of the pouch mates with the attachment means of the cap portion. A crown material loop located on the top section is adapted to hold the pouch after the pouch is twisted and lifted toward the top section. The pouch is adapted to be worn in a variety of styles, including to lay untwisted when the wrap is in an extended position, and twisted and lifted upward when the wrap is in a wrapped position.

A device including a crown or dome section having a proximate upper portion, a proximate lower portion, and a proximate bottom end portion, in which the proximate bottom end portion comprises an interior and outer surface area; a ring segment having a plurality of holes or vent in a mesh pattern that is configured to allow airflow or ventilation; an aperture portion that is configured to be operable for allowing the hair to project out an interior of the crown or dome section to generally prevent hat hair; a hem segment that is configured to be operable for preventing hair from snagging and tangling upon the aperture portion; and an interior padding portion configured to cover and pad the interior surface area of the proximate bottom end portion to provide comfort during wear.

An evaporative cooling garment includes a first layer and a second layer superimposed over the first layer. The first layer is configured to absorb a quantity of water, and the second layer includes a reflective material and defines openings. The first layer is visible from an exterior of the garment through the openings in the second layer, and the garment defines a collapsible gap between an inner surface of the second layer and an outer surface of the first layer.

An evaporative cooling garment includes a first layer and a second layer superimposed over the first layer. A face mask apparatus is formed with a breathing chamber that provides adjustable warm and humidified air for inhalation. The breathing chamber heats cold air that is breathed in through the face mask during normal breathing, which is worn over the nose and mouth of a person. A temperature gauge monitors temperature for future adjustment of the amount of heat generating current. The air in the chamber is heated for inhalation by a resistive carbon fiber tape. The temperature of the resistive material (and by extension the warm air generated), is regulated/adjusted by increasing or decreasing the current output settings on the power source. Warm and humidified air is produced. The face mask may be part of a balaclava hood or a hat, or to other head gear, or as a stand-alone with straps around the head, optionally with an adjustable solar powered battery.

An airflow assembly with a lightweight airflow mechanism; which is both portable with self-contained power; and easily mounted on various types of head gear; ranging from welding masks, hardhats, police and other first responder helmets, military helmets, baseball caps, cloth hats and other headgear; in order to complete the airflow assembly, provides the mounting of the airflow assembly on the headgear to be permanent or releasable or portable.

An airflow assembly with a lightweight airflow mechanism; which is both portable with self-contained power; and easily mounted on various types of head gear; ranging from welding masks, hardhats, police and other first responder helmets, military helmets, baseball caps, cloth hats and other headgear; in order to complete the airflow assembly, provides the mounting of the airflow assembly on the headgear to be permanent or releasable or portable.

A hardhat with a protected overhead cooling fan comprises: a main hardhat body component having an upper aperture through which air is drawn and pulled down into a battery powered cooling fan; a fan cover component spaced at least about ¼ inch from and permanently adhered to the main hardhat body with a plurality of linear ridges; a battery pack for the cooling fan; and a plurality of connecting wires. A method of use is also disclosed.
