Physical layer key based interleaving for secure wireless communication
A key-based interleaver for enhancement the security of wireless communication includes a physical layer communication channel key to provide security even when the software encryption key is compromised. A method of creating a secure communication link using a physical layer interleaving system includes implementing a key policy implementation that utilizes temporal dependency and interleaving bits using a flexible inter and intra-block data interleaver.
Transmission method and reception device
The present technology relates to a transmission method and a reception device for securing favorable communication quality in data transmission using an LDPC code. In group-wise interleaving, the LDPC code with a code length N of 17280 bits is interleaved in units of 360-bit bit groups 0 to 47. In group-wise deinterleaving, a sequence of the LDPC code after group-wise interleaving is returned to an original sequence. The present technology can be applied, for example, in a case of performing data transmission using an LDPC code, and the like.
Minimum-size belief propagation network for FEC iterative encoders and decoders and related routing method
The invention relates to an interconnection network for forward error correction encoders and decoders, including N input terminals, N output terminals, and M stages. Each stage includes switching elements having input pins and output pins. The input pins of the switching elements of the first stage are connected to the input terminals, and the output pins of the switching elements of the last stage are connected to the output terminals. The input and output pins of the switching elements of immediately successive stages are connected in a hardwired fashion so as to form a plurality of interconnection sub-networks for routing respective input values from respective output pins of the switching elements of the first stage to respective input pins of the switching elements of the last stage.
Mixing coefficient data for processing mode selection
Examples described herein include systems and methods which include wireless devices and systems with examples of mixing input data delayed versions of at least a portion of the respective processing results with coefficient data specific to a processing mode selection. For example, a computing system with processing units may mix the input data delayed versions of respective outputs of various layers of multiplication/accumulation processing units (MAC units) for a transmission in a radio frequency (RF) wireless domain with the coefficient data to generate output data that is representative of the transmission being processed according to a wireless processing mode selection. In another example, such mixing input data with delayed versions of processing results may be to receive and process noisy wireless input data. Examples of systems and methods described herein may facilitate the processing of data for 5G wireless communications in a power-efficient and time-efficient manner.
TIME INTERLEAVER, TIME DEINTERLEAVER, TIME INTERLEAVING METHOD, AND TIME DEINTERLEAVING METHOD
A convolutional interleaver included in a time interleaver, which performs convolutional interleaving includes: a first switch that switches a connection destination of an input of the convolutional interleaver to one end of one of a plurality of branches; a FIFO memories provided in some of the plurality of branches except one branch, wherein a number of FIFO memories is different among the plurality of branches; and a second switch that switches a connection destination of an output of the convolutional interleaver to another end of one of the plurality of branches. The first and second switches switch the connection destination when the plurality of cells as many as the codewords per frame have passed, by switching a corresponding branch of the connection destination sequentially and repeatedly among the plurality of branches.
