CONTACTLESS COMMUNICATION DEVICE BY ACTIVE LOAD MODULATION
A device of contactless communication by active load modulation includes a clock signal extraction circuit configured to receive as an input a reception signal and to output a clock signal having a first value when the reception signal is greater than a threshold of the clock signal extraction circuit and having a second value when the reception signal is smaller than the threshold. The device includes a circuit for modifying the value of the threshold, configured to decrease the value of the threshold when the value of the clock signal is equal to the first value, or to increase the value of the threshold when the value of the clock signal is equal to the second value.
TERMINAL DEVICE AND COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a terminal device (200) and a communication system (900) comprising at least one terminal device (902). The terminal device (200) comprises first circuitry (214) coupled to an antenna (202) and configured for a binary phase shift keying (BPSK) modulation based on a dual frequency signal received via the antenna. A first frequency part (204) of the dual frequency signal matches the antenna resonance frequency and is used for charging an energy storage, and a second frequency part (206) of the dual frequency signal is used for performing the BPSK modulation at a mismatched frequency of an antenna impedance. The terminal device (200) also comprises second circuitry (212) coupled to the first circuitry and configured to control a state of the first circuitry for performing the BPSK modulation. The terminal device can support BPSK backscatter with low complexity, cost, and a small size.

RADIO FREQUENCY SIGNAL CORRELATOR UTILIZING PARAMETRIC PUMPING OF SPIN WAVES
Various embodiments of a magneto-acoustic spin-wave signal processing system are provided. In one embodiment, a system includes an acoustic wave transducer configured to produce surface acoustic waves in a plane of a magnetostrictive material, wherein the magnetostrictive material serves as a medium for spin waves traveling in the plane, and wherein the acoustic wave transducer is oriented such that the acoustic waves parametrically amplify the spin waves. In this way, signal processing systems achieve the benefits of both spin wave and acoustic wave devices, taking advantage of the low dispersion and high dynamic range of acoustic waves coupled with the tunability and nonlinear effects provided by spin waves.

INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE
An information processing device to perform non-contact and manual information communication with a communication target includes a front surface portion that constitutes a front surface of the information processing device and over which the communication target is held, and a flexible printed circuit on which a communication antenna is mounted and disposed on a back surface side of the front surface portion. The flexible printed circuit is formed in a rectangular frame shape, which is constituted by a pair of straight long side portions and a pair of straight short side portions shorter than the long side portions. The thickness direction of the short side portions coincides with the front-rear direction, and the long side portions are bent toward the back side with respect to the short side portions, and the short side portions are disposed further to the front side than the long side portions.
