Sounding method
A sounding method by a receiving device is provided. The receiving device receives an NDPA frame from a transmitting device, and then receives an NDP frame from the transmitting device. After receiving the NDP frame, the receiving device transmits to the transmitting device a feedback frame including subchannel information measured on a subchannel that is allocated to the first receiving device among a plurality of subchannels into which a predetermined band is divided.
Radiator localization
A method of locating a radiator is provided. A channel measurement vector is defined that includes a signal value measured at each of a plurality of antennas in response to a signal transmitted from a radiator. (a) A cell covariance matrix of a first cell from a plurality of cells defined for a region in which the radiator is located is selected. (b) A likelihood value that the radiator is located in the first cell is calculated using the selected cell covariance matrix and the defined channel measurement vector. (a) and (b) are repeated with each cell of the plurality of cells as the first cell. A cell location of the radiator is selected based on the calculated likelihood value for each cell of the plurality of cells.
HYBRID RAN/DIGITAL DAS REPEATER SYSTEM WITH ETHERNET TRANSPORT
One embodiment is directed to a system in which an end node and a boundary link optimizer node are communicatively coupled to an ETHERNET network. The end node is communicatively coupled to the ETHERNET network using a boundary link that is connected to an edge of the ETHERNET network. A virtual local area network (VLAN) is established in the ETHERNET network that includes a first end point at the edge of the ETHERNET network and a second end point at the boundary link optimizer node. The boundary link optimizer node is configured to: receive ETHERNET packets that include data for the plurality of streams of digital samples; extract the data for the plurality of streams from the received ETHERNET packets; bundle the data for the streams of digital samples; and communicate, to the end node over the VLAN, the bundled data for the streams of digital samples in ETHERNET packets.
HANDLING SIGNALS RECEIVED ON PATHS WITH DIFFERING NUMBERS OF HOPS
A wireless communication system includes a first wireless communication node for transmitting a data signal that is sent to a second wireless communication node by skywave propagation over at least two different data transmission paths. The first data transmission path includes at least one reflection point where the data signal is reflected by the atmosphere and the second data transmission path includes more reflection points than the first data transmission path. The data signal that travelled along the first data transmission path is decoded before the data signal that travelled along the second data transmission path.
Channel state information measurement method and apparatus
This application relates to the field of communications technologies, and provides a channel state information measurement method and apparatus, so that a receiver can measure CSI without joining a network of a WiFi transmitter. The method includes: sending, by a CSI request apparatus, a first CREQ frame, a group of session parameters used to transmit a CS frame; receiving, by the CSI request apparatus, a CRSP frame sent by a first CSI response apparatus; receiving, by the CSI request apparatus, the CS frame by using the first session parameter; and measuring, by the CSI request apparatus, the CS frame to obtain CSI. The method is applied to a scenario of positioning or a scenario in which CSI measurement needs to be customized.

According to an aspect, a wireless device is configured to selectively operate in one or more bandwidth parts, BWPs, configured by the wireless communication network. In some embodiments, the wireless device detects (302) a reset event triggering a reset of a Medium Access Control, MAC, entity in the wireless device, and, responsive to detecting the reset event, resets (304) a counter that tracks beam failure indications.
Method and terminal for channel encoding using polar code
Disclosed in the present specification is a method for performing channel encoding. The method can comprise the steps of: interleaving information bits; and encoding the interleaved information bits by using a polar code. The information bits can be interleaved according to an interleaving pattern.

An object is to provide an antenna system, a control method of an antenna system, and program capable of maintaining communication quality even when communication state between wireless communication apparatuses is changed. Detection antennas are arranged in a Z-direction to respectively correspond to radiation antennas and receive radio waves. A combiner/divider circuit (13) distributes a transmission signal to the radiation antennas. A detection circuit detects reception sensitivity distribution of the detection antennas in the Z-direction. A control circuit controls the combiner/divider circuit based on the reception sensitivity distribution to cause the radiation antennas corresponding to the detection antenna having reception sensitivity higher than a predetermined value to radiate the radio wave.
System and method for switching beamforming modes in millimeter wave systems
A UE may be configured to communicate using one of analog beamforming or hybrid beamforming. The UE may receive a set of beamformed signals from a base station. The UE may determine a set of angular spread values associated with a set of clusters in a channel between the base station and the UE based on the set of beamformed signals received from the base station. The UE may transmit the set of angular spread values to the base station. The UE may receive, from the base station based on the set of angular spread values, a set of transmission ranks associated with at least one cluster of the set of clusters. The UE may communicate at least one data stream with the base station across the at least one cluster using the set of transmission ranks associated with the at least one cluster of the set of clusters.
