Method for channel state information reporting in massive antenna system
Embodiments described herein provide systems and methods for reference signal configuration for multiple panels with panel-specific channel state information reference signals (CSI-RS) configurations and quasi-collocation (QCL) indication, including QCL type definition and indication for panel-specific CSI-RS configurations. Exemplary embodiments further provide multi-component precoder structure with panel specific component precoder and panel common precoder. Embodiments include: (semi)-open-loop schemes using random precoding for panel common precoder and/or panel specific precoder; panel selection/restriction with panel common precoder; MU-MIMO operation using different set of panels; and panel-wise CSI reporting.
DATA MERGING METHOD AND APPARATUS OF PHYSICAL RANDOM ACCESS CHANNEL, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
Provided are a data merging method and apparatus for physical random access channel (PRACH) data merging, and a storage medium. The method includes the following. A task parameter of Current PRACH data merging is parsed. PRACH data of a to-be-merged antenna is read from a PRACH data cache. PRACH data merging between multiple antennas and/or RACH data merging within a PRACH of a present antenna are performed according to the task parameter. Merged data is output to a shared cache.

RADIO COEXISTENCE TECHNIQUES FOR PLAYBACK DEVICES
The playback device includes a communication interface, an audio amplifier, a processor, and a storage medium. The interface includes a radio configured to communicate in a first frequency range and another radio to communicate in a frequency range that partially overlaps with the first range. The interface can, after determining that an operation is to be performed by one of the radios, obtain a parameter, such as a received signal strength, a spacing between radio antennas, a duty cycle of a radio, or a protocol, power level or priority of the operation. The interface can also determine whether to allow the radio to perform the operation based on the parameter. The medium stores processor-executable instructions to control the playback device, while receiving audio content via a radio, to play back the content using the amplifier, generate a stream based on the content, and transmit the stream to another device.
Beam training in large bandwidth millimeter wave systems
Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may be configured with a set of beamforming weights, each beamforming weight corresponding to a transmit beam of a set of transmit beams that may each include a same primary lobe and one or more different side lobes. The UE may then perform a beam training procedure to determine which transmit beams cause more or less interference at one or more nearby UEs. The UE may transmit signals using one or more of the transmit beams, and the nearby UEs may determine which transmit beams and corresponding beamforming weights cause more or less interference. The nearby UEs may then indicate those transmit beams or beamforming weights that cause more or less interference via different options.
CELL-SPECIFIC REFERENCE SIGNAL (CRS) RATE MATCHING IN MULTI-RADIO ACCESS TECHNOLOGY (RAT) NETWORKS
Mechanisms for rate matching a downlink communication channel in a multi-radio access technology (RAT) communication scenario are described. In one aspect, a method for wireless communication performed by a base station (BS) includes rate matching, based on a rate matching pattern indicating a plurality of reserved resource elements, a downlink (DL) communication channel. The method further includes transmitting, to a user equipment (UE) on one or more antenna ports, a DL communication in the rate matched DL communication channel. The method further includes transmitting, on the one or more antenna ports, one or more signals in the plurality of reserved resource elements. The one or more signals transmitted in the plurality of reserved resource elements may allow UEs associated with other RATs to estimate the rate matched DL communication channel.
Partial-bandwidth feedback for beam combination codebook
Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, a user equipment (UE) may perform channel state information (CSI) measurements on one or more reference signal transmissions received from a base station. Based on the CSI measurements, the UE may generate a CSI report, and the UE may transmit the CSI report to the base station. In some cases, the generated CSI report may include a first portion and a second portion. The first portion may indicate whether the second portion of the CSI report includes full-band CSI feedback or partial-band CSI feedback. The second portion may provide the CSI feedback for one or more identified sub-bands. In some cases, the second portion may include a sub-band index indicating the identified sub-bands. Additionally or alternatively, the second portion may include a bitmap indicating a correspondence between multiple CSI feedback values and multiple corresponding sub-band indexes.
Using satellite diversity for enhancing communication confidentiality
According to one or more of the embodiments herein, systems and techniques for using satellite diversity for enhancing communication confidentiality are provided. In particular, a system in accordance with the techniques herein enhances the security of encrypted messages transmitted over a secure channel, specifically through the use of satellite communications diversity to securely deliver secret messages from a sender to a recipient, ensuring message confidentiality. That is, the techniques herein provide secure message communication over satellites, particularly with additional message security in the presence of an eavesdropping adversary party by segmenting the message and sending the various message segments over different diverse paths.
Method for determining index of orthogonal basis vector and device
Some embodiments of this disclosure provide a method for determining an index of an orthogonal basis vector and a device. The method includes: receiving position information, where the position information is associated with an orthogonal basis vector; and determining at least one first index set based on the position information, where the first index set represents a set of column indices of a plurality of orthogonal basis vectors in an orthogonal basis matrix.
WIRELESS RELIABILITY FOR DEVICES IN MOTION
Techniques for improved wireless reliability are provided. Data is transmitted to a client device using a first set of retry parameters. It is determined that the client device is an augmented reality (AR) or virtual reality (VR) device, and a second set of retry parameters is determined, where the second set of retry parameters are more robust than the first set of retry parameters. Data is transmitted to the client device using the second set of retry parameters.
