METHOD AND DEVICE FOR TRANSMITTING A MESSAGE
A method and device for transmitting a message from a first node device to a second node device, the devices using powerline communications. The first node device is able to send and receive fragments of the message on at least one frequency band using powerline communications and over a radio channel. The first node device, prior to the transmission of the fragment: estimates, for at least one frequency band, the theoretical duration of transmission of the fragment on the frequency band, and for the radio channel, the theoretical duration of transmission of the fragment on the radio channel, obtains, from a database, the result of integration of the degree of occupation of the frequency band and of the result of integration of the degree of occupation of the radio channel, selects, from the results of integration, the frequency band or the radio channel and transmits the fragment.

The first antenna system includes a Single Input, Single Output antenna system or Multiple Input, Multiple Output antenna system. The second antenna system includes a Single Input, Single Output antenna system or Multiple Input, Multiple Output antenna system. An array of antenna elements can support different modes of operation, for example, different Multiple Input, Multiple Output modes or Multiple Input, Multiple Output and Single Input, Single Output modes.
Techniques for managing beams using spectral efficiency estimates of two port reference signals
Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some examples, a base station and a user equipment (UE) may utilize multi-port reference signals to determine a beam pair for rank-2 transmissions. For example, a UE may receive a set of multi-port reference signals, where each multi-port reference signal of the set corresponds to a unique beam pair and is received via two ports associated with two different polarizations. The UE may determine a spectral efficiency estimation for each multi-port reference signal of the set, select a beam pair associated with a multi-port reference signal with the highest determined spectral efficiency estimation of the set, and transmit an indication of the selected beam pair to the base station. Therefore, the UE and the base station may communicate using a beam pair which maximizes the spectral efficiency and rate of rank-2 transmissions.

AUTONOMOUS PARKING CONTROLLER AND METHOD BASED ON AMBIENT CONDITIONS RELATING TO A VEHICLE PARKING LOCATION
Devices and methods in an autonomous parking controller for a vehicle are disclosed. When the vehicle is located at a parking location, the method determines whether the parking location includes a parking restriction. When the parking location includes the parking restriction, the example method compares the parking restriction with at least one restriction threshold. When the parking restriction compares unfavorably with the at least one restriction threshold, the example method, while at the parking location, monitors for a change in at least one of a plurality of ambient conditions relative to the vehicle. When the example method detects the change, the vehicle is autonomously relocated to another location to alleviate the active obstruction.
Terminal apparatus, feedback control method, base station, pairing control method, program, and wireless communication system
Provided is a terminal apparatus including an estimation unit that estimates a channel to a base station by using a reference signal transmitted from the base station, a selection unit that selects a transmission weight desirable for down-link transmission on the channel from a plurality of transmission weight candidates in accordance with an estimation result by the estimation unit, and a feedback controller that controls feedback of the transmission weight selected by the selection unit to the base station. When the selection unit selects two transmission weights or more, the feedback controller feeds back the selected two transmission weights or more to the base station.
