DIGITAL BROADCASTING SYSTEM AND METHOD OF PROCESSING DATA IN DIGITAL BROADCASTING SYSTEM
A method of transmitting a broadcast signal includes encoding mobile data for FEC (Forward Error Correction); encoding signaling information for signaling the mobile data; allocating the encoded mobile data and signaling data into a transmission frame; and transmitting the broadcast signal including the transmission frame, wherein the transmission frame includes a service signaling table having service_type information identifying a type of a service of the mobile data and hidden information indicating whether the service of the mobile data is hidden or not.
MULTIPLE APPLICATION MODULE OR UNIT
A wireless distribution system (WDS) is configured for transmitting a downlink signal or for receiving an uplink signal. A computing device configured to serve as a client device to the WDS includes a memory; a multiple applications processor in communication with the memory and configured to execute one or more mobile applications; and a wireless service processor in communication with the multi applications processor for communicating via a corresponding wireless service with the WDS. The multi applications processor is configured to execute an instance of a data service to establish a connection with the WDS for a specified application process utilizing the wireless service to provide at least one datum on the WDS. In the method, an instance of a data service is executed to establish a connection with a WDS for a specified application process utilizing a wireless service to provide at least one datum on the WDS.
Extended time reference generation
As one example, a system includes a first timestamp generator to provide a first timestamp in response to at least one input clock signal. The first timestamp may be derived based on a global time base and have a resolution that resides within a first range of values corresponding to a first time range. A second timestamp generator provides a second timestamp in response to the at least one input clock signal. The second timestamp may be derived based on a second time base and have a resolution that resides within a second range of values complementary to the first timestamp and corresponding to a second time range that is greater than the first time range. A combiner combines the first and second timestamps to provide a reference timestamp having a value over an extended range of continuous time values.

BROADCAST STRATEGY MODES FOR AUTONOMOUS VEHICLE OPERATIONS
Systems and methods for broadcasting strategy modes of autonomous vehicles are described. An autonomous vehicle may include one or more notification devices that broadcast a selected strategy mode for the autonomous vehicle. The selected strategy mode may include an uncoupled strategy mode, a permissive strategy mode, an assistive strategy mode, and a preventative strategy mode. The notification devices may include visual, audio, or signal notification devices. In addition, the autonomous vehicle may broadcast other information associated with the vehicle, such as a position, a velocity, a priority, or an identity of the vehicle.
