RECEIVING DEVICE, TRANSMITTING DEVICE, AND DATA PROCESSING METHOD
The present technology relates to a receiving device, a transmitting device, and a data processing method which are capable of providing a broadcast service using a wide bandwidth more flexibly. A receiving device processes a stream in which delivery configuration information indicating that the stream of the broadcast service is delivered across a predetermined frequency band is included in transmission information which is transmitted through an upper layer higher than a physical layer, the stream having a delivery configuration corresponding to the delivery configuration information, so that a broadcast service using a wider bandwidth can be provided. The present technology can be applied to a FW proxy device connected to a network such as, a home LAN, a head end of a cable operator, a base station of a mobile network, or the like.

Haptic broadcast with select haptic metadata based on haptic playback capability
Broadcasting select haptic metadata includes broadcasting a broadcast signal to haptic-enabled devices. In response, haptic playback capability information is received at a host source from a haptic-enabled device when original haptic metadata in the broadcast signal encodes haptic information incompatible with the haptic playback capability information. The select haptic metadata, which is customized for the haptic playback capability information, is generated and sent from the host source to the haptic-enabled device.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR SIGNALING OF INFORMATION ASSOCIATED WITH AUDIO CONTENT
A device may be configured to parse a syntax element specifying the number of available languages within a presentation associated with an audio stream. A device may be configured to parse one or more syntax elements identifying each of the available languages and parse an accessibility syntax element for each language within the presentation.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR SWITCHING LIVING BROADCAST BETWEEN LANDSCAPE BROADCASTING MODE AND PORTRAIT BROADCASTING MODE FOR LIVE BROADCAST WEBSITE
Disclosed is a method for switching living broadcast between landscape broadcasting mode and portrait broadcasting mode, applicable to live broadcasting website. The method comprises: S1, an administrator setting categories and category settings for live broadcasting videos; S2, the administrator adding landscape option and portrait option for the live broadcasting video into each category; S3, a presenter selecting on a client terminal a live broadcasting mode, and selecting the category as well as landscape or portrait option for live broadcasting video; S4, the presenter selecting to start live broadcasting, the administration back end verifying whether the landscape or portrait option selected by the presenter is consistent with the selected live broadcasting mode; if yes, performing step S6; otherwise performing step S5; S5, the administration back end modifying the landscape or portrait option selected by the presenter; S6, the administration back end allowing the live broadcast to start, and ending.

METHODS, APPARATUS AND ARTICLES OF MANUFACTURE TO PROVIDE SECONDARY CONTENT IN ASSOCIATION WITH PRIMARY BROADCAST MEDIA CONTENT
Example methods disclosed herein include accessing a secondary content schedule based on one or more watermarks detected in primary media content, the secondary content schedule to identify (i) one or more secondary content items and (ii) one or more first time values associated with the one or more secondary content items. Disclosed example methods also include comparing the one or more first time values associated with the one or more secondary content items in the secondary content schedule to second time values provided by a clock to determine whether to present a first one of the one or more secondary content items, the second time values based on a timestamp associated with the one or more watermarks detected in the primary media content. Disclosed example methods further include causing a media presentation device to display the first one of the secondary content items according to the secondary content schedule.
