A method of wireless communication including a base station transmitting a preamble including information indicating a sector identifier and an antenna port value. The base station further transmits a pilot sequence, wherein the pilot sequence and the location of the pilot sequence are based on the sector identifier and on the antenna port value. A base station configured to perform the method is also disclosed. A corresponding subscriber station configured to receive the preamble and pilot sequence is also disclosed, as well as a subscriber station method.

The method includes initiating, by generating a message within the user terminal, collection of the positioning data, where the positioning data includes information based on which a physical location of the user terminal is determined; measuring, by the user terminal, at least one parameter related to the physical location of the user terminal in response to the message; producing, within the user terminal, measurement reports that include the at least one parameter; selecting, within the user terminal, one or more measurement reports that were generated in response to the message generated by the user terminal; reporting the selected one or more measurement reports to an interface within the user terminal; and transmitting, from the interface, the reported one or more measurement reports to an external server or to the communication network.
Method for transmitting and receiving synchronization signal block and apparatus therefor
Disclosed is a method for a terminal to receive a synchronization signal block (SSB) in a wireless communication system. In particular, the method comprises receiving, on a first half frame or a second half frame included in a wireless frame, at least one SSB mapped to a plurality of symbols, wherein the at least one SSB is any one of a first SSB received on the first half frame and a second SSB received on the second half frame, and a signal of the same type is mapped to a first symbol included in a plurality of symbols to which the first SSB is mapped and a second symbol included in a plurality of symbols to which the second SSB is mapped, but a phase of the first symbol and a phase of the second symbol are different.

Technology is disclosed for a user equipment (UE) operable for physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) transmission. The UE can be configured to: decode a multiple-PUCCH transmission indicator, wherein the multiple-PUCCH transmission indicator enables multiple-PUCCH transmissions from the UE via a plurality of transmission-reception points (TRPs); decode one or more PUCCH resource fields in a downlink control information (DCI); and identify from the one or more PUCCH resource fields in the DCI: one or more PUCCH resources associated with a primary TRP of the plurality of TRPs, wherein the one or more PUCCH resources associated with the primary TRP are used for hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgment (HARQ-ACK) feedback; or one or more PUCCH resources associated with a secondary TRP of the plurality of TRPs, wherein the one or more PUCCH resources associated with the secondary TRP are used for HARQ-ACK feedback.
System and method for transmitting a signal
A system and method for transmitting a signal are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, the system and method are configured to perform: transmitting one or more synchronization signals using an anchor carrier with a first frequency location; and transmitting a system information block using a non-anchor carrier with a second frequency location that is different from the first frequency location.
Timing advance group configuration
A base station distributed unit may determine that a first uplink timing advance value for a first cell of a wireless device is different than a second uplink timing advance value for a second cell of the wireless device. The first cell and the second cell may belong to a first timing advance group. The base station distributed unit may transmit a first message to a base station central unit in response to the determining. The first message may comprise one or more information elements indicating a reconfiguration of a timing advance group configuration for the wireless device. The base station distributed unit may receive a radio resource control message from the base station central unit based on the reconfiguration for the wireless device.

Provided are a base station device and a mobile station device, which can lighten a cell-search processing. The base station device includes a frame constitution unit for forming a frame, in which a pilot symbol multiplied by a base station scrambling code and a plurality of sequences contained in the corresponding sequence set is arranged in at least the head or tail, and a radio transmission unit for sending the formed frame. On the receiving side, the frame timing can be detected from the position of a pilot symbol contained in that frame. Since the base station scrambling code and the sequence set containing the sequences are made to correspond to each other, candidates can be narrowed to at most the base station scrambling codes of the number of the combinations of the sequences contained in the sequence set, by detecting the sequences multiplied by the pilot symbol.

As a specific example, the present disclosure comprises an operation method of a terminal and an operation method of a base station corresponding thereto, by which a terminal can obtain timing information relating to a unlicensed band on the basis of a PBCH payload in a synchronization signal/physical broadcast channel (SS/PBCH) block and a demodulation reference signal (DMRS) sequence for the PBCH.
Cell search method, forward link frame transmission method, apparatus using the same and forward link frame structure
A method of searching a cell in a mobile station of a communication system in which a plurality of cells are grouped into a plurality of cell groups, each cell group including at least two cells, includes: detecting a primary synchronization signal and a secondary synchronization signal from a received signal; and identifying a cell based on a combination of the primary synchronization signal and the secondary synchronization signal. The secondary synchronization signal is related to the cell group to which the mobile station belongs and the primary synchronization signal is related to the cell to which the mobile station belongs within the cell group.
