Apparatus and method of wireless communication of same
An apparatus and a method of wireless communication of the same are provided. The method includes receiving data from a second user equipment, performing decoding on the data from the second user equipment, and transmitting, to the second user equipment, feedback information according to a decoding state associated with the decoding on the data from the second user equipment, wherein the feedback information is carried in a sequence.
Communication control method, network system, and communication device
A communication control method to be executed by a communication device, includes: transmitting, to one or more communication devices coupled to the communication device, a packet in which a destination is set; and determining, based on the number of paths that are among paths extending through the one or more communication devices to the destination and through which a response to the packet is received from the destination, the number of times of retransmission in the transmission of another packet to the destination.
METHODS AND APPARATUS FOR MULTI-CARRIER COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS WITH AUTOMATIC REPEAT REQUEST (ARQ)
Hybrid ARQ is employed in a multi-carrier communication system for retransmission of erroneous packets by taking advantage of time/frequency/space diversity and by combining ARQ functions at physical layer and MAC layers, making the multi-carrier system more robust in a high packet-error environment.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CONFIGURING HARQ FEEDBACK BETWEEN TERMINAL NODES
The embodiments of the present application relate to a method and device for configuring hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback between terminal nodes. The method of the embodiments of the present application includes: a base station configuring a HARQ feedback enable rule of a sidelink interface for a terminal; indicating to said terminal the HARQ feedback enable rule of the configured sidelink interface, to enable the terminal to determine, according to the HARQ feedback enable rule of the configured sidelink interface, to enable or not enable HARQ feedback on the sidelink interface.
System and Method for Multi-user Full Duplex Link Adaptation
A method of link adaptation is described including establishing, using a first serving point, a multi-user full duplex mode wherein the multi-user full duplex mode enables a downlink to a first wireless device and an uplink from a second wireless device. The first serving point requests from the first wireless device a first channel quality indicator indicating channel quality between the serving point and the first wireless device in a full duplex time period and a second channel quality indicator indicating channel quality between the serving point and the first wireless device in non-full duplex time period. The full duplex mode is evaluated using the first and second channel quality indicators. At least one parameter of the full duplex mode is adjusted based on the evaluating.
TERMINAL AND COMMUNICATION METHOD
A terminal includes a receiving unit that performs reception on at least one of a plurality of sidelink control channels or a plurality of sidelink shared channels; a control unit that selects, upon detecting that a number of a plurality of sidelink feedback channels to be simultaneously transmitted exceeds an upper limit number, the upper limit number of sidelink feedback channels from among the plurality of sidelink feedback channels to be simultaneously transmitted, wherein each of the feedback channels is associated with at least one of a control channel of the plurality of sidelink control channels or a shared channel of the plurality of sidelink shared channel; and a transmitting unit that performs simultaneous transmissions on the selected upper limit number of sidelink feedback channels.
PHYSICAL UPLINK CONTROL CHANNEL RESOURCE INDICATION FOR SIDELINK HYBRID AUTOMATIC REPEAT REQUEST FEEDBACK
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a first user equipment (UE) may receive an indication of a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource for providing hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback for a sidelink data transmission from a second UE. The first UE may transmit the HARQ feedback for the sidelink data transmission on the PUCCH resource. Numerous other aspects are provided.
METHODS FOR ENHANCING WLAN WITH ADVANCED HARQ DESIGN
Methods and apparatus for multi-hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) transmission are provided. An access point (AP) may transmit a multi-HARQ transmission to a plurality of stations (STAs). The AP may receive a H-ARQ feedback response from the plurality of STAs. The H-ARQ feedback may include a field to indicate that the H-ARQ feedback is a codeword (CW)/CW group (CWG) based acknowledgment. The H-ARQ feedback may include a packet identification (ID). The packet ID may be a HARQ transmission ID, a sequence number, a MPDU ID or a PPDU ID. The packet ID may be carried in a PLCP header. The H-ARQ feedback may be an aggregated CW/CWG acknowledgment. The H-ARQ feedback may be carried in a null data packet (NDP). A PLCP header of the NDP packet may include a wideband PLCP header and a narrow band PLCP header.
IN-COVERAGE NETWORK CONTROLLED OFF-LOADING OVER AN UNLICENSED SIDELINK
A method performed by a first sidelink (SL) user equipment (UE) includes receiving a downlink control information (DCI) from a number of coupled DCIs. The DCI grants reception of a number of scheduled physical SL shared channels (PSSCHs) over an unlicensed SL carrier, and requests a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) response for the scheduled PSSCHs. The method also includes receiving at least one of the PSSCHs from a second SL UE. The method further includes transmitting the HARQ response based on the at least one received PSSCH.
Enhancement of User Plane Flow Control for Retransmitted Packets
An apparatus of a next generation Node B (gNB) Distributed Unit (DU) comprises one or more baseband processors to transmit one or more retransmitted Packet Data Convergence Protocol (PDCP) Protocol Data Units (PDUs) received from a gNB Central Unit (CU) to a user equipment (UE), and to feed back not only a latest, in-sequence New Radio User-plane (NR-U) Sequence Number (SN) to the CU for Release 15, but also a highest, in-sequence successfully delivered/transmitted PDCP SN, optionally, with a NR-U SN up to which the reported PDCP SN should be applied, which can provide an exact range of successfully delivered/transmitted status for retransmitted packets even in case of DU's re-ordering based on PDCP SN before transmitting to the UE. The apparatus can include a memory to store the reported PDCP SN and NR-U SN.
