The information sending method comprises: a terminal device sending a negative acknowledgement (NACK) to a network device on an uplink resource when sidelink data transmitted on a sidelink resource does not need sidelink feedback. The information receiving method comprises: a network device receiving a NACK sent by a terminal device on an uplink resource; and allocating a retransmission resource of sidelink data to the terminal device according to the NACK. By means of the present application, uplink resources can be effectively utilized, and the transmission success rate of sidelink data and the resource utilization rate of the uplink resources can be improved.

Apparatuses, methods, and systems are disclosed for sidelink HARQ operation. One apparatus includes a memory coupled to a processor, where the processor is configured to cause the second apparatus to receive a SL grant for a SL transmission using SL resources, the SL grant indicating a first HARQ process identified by a first HARQ process identifier, and to select a second SL HARQ process identified by a second SL HARQ process identifier for the SL transmission using the SL resources. The processor is configured to cause the second apparatus to transmit SCI containing the second SL HARQ process identifier and to perform the SL transmission using the SL resources.

The embodiments of the present application relate to a method and device for configuring hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback between terminal nodes. The method of the embodiments of the present application includes: a base station configuring a HARQ feedback enable rule of a sidelink interface for a terminal; indicating to said terminal the HARQ feedback enable rule of the configured sidelink interface, to enable the terminal to determine, according to the HARQ feedback enable rule of the configured sidelink interface, to enable or not enable HARQ feedback on the sidelink interface.

A method and apparatus for data transmission considering feedback and sidelink resource allocation in a wireless communication system is provided. A wireless device enables a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback for a logical channel, selects to create a sidelink grant corresponding to transmissions of a single media access control (MAC) protocol data unit (PDU) or multiple MAC PDUs, and performs transmission resource reselection check. When there is no sidelink grant for which the HARQ feedback is enabled on a carrier, the wireless device triggers TX resource selection on the carrier.

According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, provided is a method by which a first apparatus performs sidelink communication. The method comprises the steps of: receiving a grant from a base station by using DCI; on the basis of the grant, determining an initial transmission resource and one or more retransmission resources for sidelink transmission to a second apparatus; transmitting, to the second apparatus, a PSCCH and a PSSCH from the initial transmission resource; receiving, from the second apparatus, an HARQ ACK for the PSCCH or the PSSCH; and transmitting, to the base station, information related to the HARQ ACK, wherein, on the basis of the information related to the HARQ ACK, a reservation of at least one of the one or more retransmission resources indicated by the base station may be released.
