Method and apparatus for LDPC transmission over a channel bonded link
A particular overall architecture for transmission over a bonded channel system consisting of two interconnected MoCA (Multimedia over Coax Alliance) 2.0 SoCs (Systems on a Chip) and a method and apparatus for the case of a “bonded” channel network. With a bonded channel network, the data is divided into two segments, the first of which is transported over a primary channel and the second of which is transported over a secondary channel.
Validation of models and data for compliance with laws
The present disclosure provides computing systems and techniques for validating a decision model against a cannon of regulation. A server can deconstruct a decision model into a number of branching decisions and also generate a Markov chain comprising a number of sequences from a cannon of regulation. The server can compare the branching decisions to the sequences and can validate the decision model with the cannon of regulation based on the comparison.
Processing multiuser multiple-input multiple-output communications having unavailable spatial streams
This disclosure provides methods, devices and systems for determining unavailable spatial streams in uplink multiuser (MU) multiple-in multiple-out (MIMO) communication. In one example, a device transmits, to wireless stations including a first wireless station, a trigger frame configured to elicit a joint transmission, to the device, of a MU packet over spatial streams respectively associated with the wireless stations. The device receives the MU packet over the spatial streams, where each spatial stream of the spatial streams is received by receive chains of the device. The device performs a channel estimation associated with each spatial stream of the spatial streams using each receive chain of the receive chains. The device determines that at least one spatial stream associated with the first wireless station is unavailable based on the channel estimation. The device processes the MU packet from the plurality of spatial streams without the at least one spatial stream.
Antenna system for use in distributed massive MIMO networks
An antenna system (150) comprises a Centralized Processing Unit (160); at least two antenna units (200) connected to the CPU (160) by cables. Each antenna unit (200) comprises at least one connector; one or more antenna elements (220) and one or more 5 Antenna Processing Units (230) connected to the one or more antenna elements (200). The one or more antenna processing units (230) are connected to a data bus connected to the at least one connector.
Method and device for switching transmission methods in massive MIMO system
A method for switching transmission methods in a multiple input multiple output (MIMO) system may include: receiving scenario identification related data from a user equipment (UE) in a current transmission method; determining a target transmission method of the UE from at least two predefined transmission methods based on the scenario identification related data; and switching the current transmission method of the UE to the target transmission method.
AI Means for Mitigating Faulted Message Elements in 5G/6G
Artificial Intelligence (AI) can rapidly evaluate a faulted message in 5G or 6G, calculate a likelihood that each message element is faulted, and optionally suggest a most probable corrected version for each of the likely faulted message elements. To do so, the AI takes in numerous factors besides the message itself, such as the modulation quality of each message element, the proximity and quality of a nearest demodulation reference, a signal-to-noise ratio of the message element, a measure of current electromagnetic noise during the message element, an expected format or expected codewords based on prior messages or convention, and other factors. The AI model can then provide guidance as to mitigation, such as choosing whether to request a retransmission or attempting to vary the likely faulted message elements. The AI model can be adapted to fixed-site computers or to the more limited computers of a mobile user device.
Antenna array for enhanced MIMO throughput
An apparatus comprising: an antenna array comprising a plurality of antenna elements configured for receiving multiple input multiple output (MIMO) signals. The antenna array comprises at least a first subpart of the antenna array comprising a first subsection of the plurality of antenna elements. A second subpart of the antenna array comprises a second subsection of the plurality of antenna elements. An alignment of the antenna elements in the second subpart deviates substantially by 30°-60° from an alignment of the antenna elements in the first subpart.
Data transfer with multiple threshold actions
One example may include transmitting data between a client device and a server over a first channel, determining an error rate on at least one of the first channel and a second channel not mirrored with the first channel, when the error rate crosses a first error rate threshold then mirroring the first channel and the second channel, and when the error rate is between the first error rate threshold and a second error rate threshold that is different than the first error rate threshold, determining whether to continue mirroring or discontinue the mirroring of the first channel and the second channel.

Spatial and frequency diversity design for machine type communications (MTC)
Certain aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communications, and more specifically to increased diversity for devices with limited communications resources. An example method generally includes transmitting data as a bundled transmission to a device with limited communications resources, the bundled transmission comprising multiple bursts wherein each burst spans a plurality of transmission time intervals (TTIs) and the same data is transmitted in each burst, and taking action to increase diversity (e.g., at least one of spatial diversity, time diversity, frequency diversity, etc.) for the bundled transmission.
