A method for a wireless device operating in a wireless communication system includes receiving configuration information for configuring a non-Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) cell; and transmitting a Hybrid Automatic Repeat request (HARQ) feedback of the non-PUCCH cell on a special cell (SpCell) or a PUCCH cell other than SpCell, according to indication information. Further, when the indication information is not received with the configuration information, the HARQ feedback is transmitted on the SpCell, and when the indication information is received with the configuration information, the HARQ feedback is transmitted on the PUCCH cell.

Various embodiments disclosed herein provide for facilitating updating of slot format used for establishing the new radio sidelink. According an embodiment, a system can receiving a slot format over a sidelink, wherein the slot format comprises a first release parameter and a transmit period. The system can further facilitate determining whether the first release parameter matches a second release parameter stored in the memory. The system can further facilitate, in response to the determining indicating that the first release parameter matched the second release parameter, updating a resource map used to transmit data, resulting in an updated resource map. The system can further facilitate transmitting the slot format based on the transmit period.

An exemplary method comprises: receiving data, at a first intervening data center, transmitted from a client and addressed to a terminal data center, wherein the first intervening data center and the terminal data center are selected from a plurality of connected data centers; and transferring the data, from the first intervening data center through one or more additional intervening data centers selected from the plurality of connected data centers, until the data reaches the terminal data center; wherein each data center in the plurality of data centers independently selects a connected data center to transfer the data to based upon the amount of latency and/or bandwidth available at the connected data center.

IMS Registration of a V2X Wireless Device

A wireless device may receive a message related to vehicle-to-everything (V2X) multicast bearer coverage. After the V2X multicast bearer coverage is established between the wireless device and an internet protocol multimedia subsystem (IMS) network entity, one or more packets may be received via the V2X multicast bearer.

A wireless device may transmit a session initiation protocol (SIP) REGISTER request to an internet protocol multimedia subsystem (IMS) network entity. The SIP REGISTER Request may comprise a first SIP header field. The first SIP header field may comprise one or more indicators for V2X capabilities of the wireless device. The wireless device may receive a SIP response from the IMS network entity. The SIP response may comprise the first SIP header field confirming the registration of the V2X capabilities. The wireless device may receive a second SIP request from the IMS network entity. The second SIP request may comprise a second SIP header field. The second SIP header field may comprise one or more indicators for V2X multicast service capabilities. The second SIP request may comprise one or more configuration parameters to receive packets via V2X broadcast and multicast bearers. The wireless device may transmit a second SIP response to the IMS network entity. The wireless device may receive packets via the V2X broadcast and multicast bearers. According to an embodiment, the SIP header field may comprise a SIP Contact header field.
