METHOD FOR UNIFIED UPLINK AND DOWNLINK BEAM INDICATION
This document generally relates to unified beam indication and/or unified transmission frameworks for wireless communication. In some implementations, a first communication node, such as a mobile station, associates a least one of a power control parameter, a port parameter, or a first reference signal (RS) resource with a communication parameter set, where the communication parameter set comprises at least a second RS resource and at least a quasi co-location (QCL) type parameter. Also, the first communication node may transmit an uplink signal according to the communication parameter set and the association.
Uplink control channel configuration for a secondary cell in a wireless network
A wireless device receives message(s) comprising parameters of cells grouped into: a primary control channel group comprising a primary cell with a primary control channel, and a secondary control channel group comprising a control channel secondary cell with a secondary control channel. Parameters comprise RRC dedicated parameters. A secondary cell other than the control channel secondary cell is mapped to the secondary control channel group if a first control channel parameter is present in the RRC dedicated parameters of the secondary cell when the secondary cell is added to the cells. Otherwise the secondary cell is mapped to the primary control channel group. A secondary cell is considered to be the control channel secondary cell if second control channel parameters are present in the RRC dedicated parameters. First channel state information is transmitted via the secondary control channel. Second channel state information is transmitted via the primary control channel.
Adapting demodulation reference signal configuration in networks using massive MIMO
Based on the receipt of a demodulation reference signal from a user equipment, a determination can be made by the network node that a demodulation reference signal configuration is not suitable for the condition of a transmission link between the network node and the user equipment. In response to this determination, the demodulation reference signal configuration can be modified.
Methods and apparatuses for determining and configuring a time-frequency resource, in the random access process
The present application provides a method for determining a random access resource by a terminal in a wireless communication system, the method comprising: receiving, from a base station, configuration information corresponding to a synchronization signal block (SSB) including a SSB index, a random access preamble index and a random access channel mask index; determining a random access resource based on the SSB index and the random access channel mask index; determining a random access preamble based on the random access preamble index; and transmitting, to the base station, the random access preamble on the random access resource.
Techniques for enhanced machine type communication acknowledgment bundling
Techniques and apparatus for hybrid automatic retransmission request (HARQ) acknowledgement (ACK) bundling in half duplex frequency division duplexing (HD-FDD) systems are provided. One technique includes determining ACK parameter(s) to be used for acknowledging a bundled transmission that includes instance(s) of a channel across subframe(s). An indication of the ACK parameter(s) is signaled to a user equipment (UE). The ACK parameter(s) include a first ACK parameter that conveys a size of the bundled transmission and a second ACK parameter that conveys an amount of time for the UE to delay acknowledging a data transmission in an instance of the channel after receiving the data transmission. The UE may acknowledge the bundled transmission in accordance with the ACK parameter(s).
Method and device for transmitting information element
Provided are a method and a device for transmitting an information element, and a method and a device for transmitting information. The method for transmitting an information element comprises: receiving, by a first communication node, spatial relationship information configured for multiple uplink information elements and transmitted by a second communication node, and transmitting, by the first communication node, the multiple uplink information elements according to the spatial relationship information. Further provided are a terminal, a storage medium and an electronic device.
Method and apparatus for transmitting information, method and apparatus for receiving information
A method for transmitting information, includes: transmitting on one carrier wave according to at least one of a preset transmission mode and a transmission mode indicated by a base station eNB when agreed transmission time of two or more physical uplink shared channels PUSCH overlaps.
Methods and devices for channel state information transmission
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to methods and devices for channel state information (CSI) transmission. In example embodiments, a method implemented in a terminal device includes performing a channel estimate between the terminal device and a network device across a predetermined frequency range for a set of beams having different spatial directions; determining, based on the channel estimate, first indication information indicating at least one beam selected from the set of beams and second indication information indicating frequency-related information for the at least one selected beam at a plurality of frequency locations in the predetermined frequency range; and transmitting to the network device the first indication information in a first part of a channel state information (CSI) report and the second indication information in a second part of the CSI report.
BROADCAST SIGNAL TRANSMITTER/RECEIVER, AND BROADCAST SIGNAL TRANSCEIVING METHOD
Disclosed are a broadcast signal transmitter, a broadcast signal receiver, and a method for transceiving a broadcast signal in the broadcast signal transmitter/receiver. A method for transmitting a broadcast signal comprises the following steps: signaling in-band signaling information to at least one of a service component physical layer pipe (PLP) including at least one service component of a broadcast service, a first information PLP including first service information applied to one broadcast service and a second information PLP including second service information applied commonly to a variety of broadcast services; performing the FEC encoding on data included in each PLP; performing time-interleaving on the FEC encoded data; generating a transmission frame including the time-interleaved data; and modulating the transmission frame and transmitting a broadcast signal including the modulated transmission frame.
SYSTEMS, METHODS AND DEVICES FOR OPPORTUNISTIC NETWORKING
Opportunistic networking systems can utilize one or multiple bands/channels that are shared with other radio access technologies (RATs) (such as wireless local area networks (WLAN, such as Wi-Fi) and mmWave). An unconventional carrier type (UCT) can be defined to support opportunistic networking in licensed and/or unlicensed spectrum. For example, a primary base station can determine a secondary base station activated for use with user equipment (UE). The primary base station can schedule data to be sent to the UE via the secondary base station. The secondary base station can provide discovery information, reserve a wireless channel, transmit the data and/or release the channel (implicitly, explicitly, or by reservation).
