Intelligent selection of physical layer transmission types in 802.11AX based Wi-Fi networks
A transmission type is determined for a specific station on a Wi-Fi network. A transmission type of OFDMA is selected responsive to the mobility value for the specific station meeting a mobility threshold. A transmission type of MU-MIMO is selected responsive to the similarity value for the specific station meeting a similarity threshold. A transmission type of SU-MIMO is selected responsive to the specific station not meeting the similarity threshold. The network interface transmits data packets to stations using OFDMA, SU-MIMO or MU-MIMO as selected.
INTEGRATED CIRCUIT FOR CONTROLLING SELECTION OF RANDOM ACCESS PREAMBLE SEQUENCE
A sequence allocating method and apparatus wherein in a system where a plurality of different Zadoff-Chu sequences or GCL sequences are allocated to a single cell, the arithmetic amount and circuit scale of a correlating circuit at a receiving end can be reduced. In ST201, a counter (a) and a number (p) of current sequence allocations are initialized, and in ST202, it is determined whether the number (p) of current sequence allocations is coincident with a number (K) of allocations to one cell. In ST203, it is determined whether the number (K) of allocations to the one cell is odd or even. If K is even, in ST204-ST206, sequence numbers (r=a and r=N−a), which are not currently allocated, are combined and then allocated. If K is odd, in ST207-ST212, for sequences that cannot be paired, one of sequence numbers (r=a and r=N−a), which are not currently allocated, is allocated.

Band switching balun
A band-switching network includes a dual-band balun and a switch network. The dual-band balun includes a first output and a second output. The switch network includes a first switch and a second switch in which an input to the first switch is coupled to the first output and an input to the second switch is coupled to the second balanced output. The dual-band balun further includes a primary coil, a first secondary coil and a second secondary coil in which the first secondary coil is coupled to the first balanced output and the second secondary coil is coupled to the second balanced output. In one embodiment, the primary coil and the first secondary coil are coupled by a first coupling factor k.sub.1, and the primary coil and the second secondary coil are coupled by a second coupling factor k.sub.2 that is different from the first coupling factor k.sub.1.
Information processing device and method
The present technology relates to an information processing device and method capable of suppressing lowering in the quality of user experience. An information processing device includes: a wireless communication unit that sends transmission information to another information processing device through wireless communication; and a control unit that controls at least one of the wireless communication performed by the wireless communication unit, encoding of the transmission information, or a processing process on the transmission information on the basis of blockage prediction period information indicating a prediction result on blockage of a communication path to the another information processing device. The present technology can be applied to a content playback system.
Wireless communication method and wireless communication device
A wireless communication method and a wireless communication device. An electronic device for a user equipment in a wireless communication system, including a processing circuit configured to receive, from a base station, channel state information reference signal with a set of reception filters, perform channel estimation on a downlink channel from the base station to the user equipment, select, from the set of reception filters, one or more particular reception filters corresponding to respective channel estimation results that satisfy a first predetermined condition, and signal, from the user equipment to the base station, sounding reference signal with one or more particular transmission filters, wherein the one or more particular transmission filters and one or more particular reception filters are reciprocal respectively.
Method and apparatus for sequence distributing and sequence processing in communication system
A sequence distributing and sequence processing method and apparatus in a communication system are provided. The sequence distributing method includes the following steps: generating sequence groups including a number of sequences, the sequences in the sequence groups are determined according to the sequence time frequency resource occupation manner which is supported by the system; distributing the sequence groups to cells. The method avoids the phenomenon that signaling transmission is needed to distribute the sequences to the cells for different time frequency resource occupation manner, and saves in so far as possible the wireless network transmission resource occupied during the process of distributing the sequences through distributing the sequence groups comprising a number of sequences to the cells.
