Some embodiments advantageously provide methods, wireless devices and network nodes for unscheduled uplink access on an unlicensed cell. According to one aspect, an exemplary process includes a wireless device for autonomously transmitting uplink control information, UCI, together with autonomous uplink, UL, data transmission. The process includes mapping the UCI to time-frequency resources of the PUSCH and transmitting the PUSCH with the UCI to a base station without a dynamic uplink grant from the base station.

The example method also includes transmitting reference signals for the plurality of UEs using the hopping pattern among multiple subbands, and receiving a report of interference measured by each of the plurality of UEs based on the reference signals.

CONFIGURABLE UPLINK TRANSMISSION IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION
A user equipment (UE), or other network component can operate to configure different sets of resources for an uplink (UL) physical channel for an uplink (UL)-to-downlink (DL) channel occupancy time (COT) sharing to coexist with another radio access technology (RAT). An energy detection (ED) threshold can be selected from the different sets of resource configurations for an UL transmission based on one or more conditions. A gap can be configured between a physical random access control channel (PRACH) transmission and a PUSCH transmission based on one of at least a first value associated with a numerology between the PRACH and the PUSCH and a second value greater than the first value. The UL transmission can be provided based on the ED threshold or the configured conditional gap via the UL physical channel.

Disclosed herein is a method for transmitting, by a terminal, a sounding reference signal (SRS). The terminal receives a grant for uplink multiple subframes from a base station. The terminal determines a first subframe for an SRS transmission of the terminal among the uplink multiple subframes on the basis of SRS transmission position information received from the base station. Further, the terminal transmits the SRS in the first subframe.
User equipment capability reporting based on detected frequency bands
A mobile electronic device is provided. The mobile electronic device comprises a wireless modem configured to enable communication with at least one radio network node in a mobile communication network. The mobile electronic device also comprises a processor configured to cause the wireless modem to scan one or more frequency bands, assemble a first capability report based on the scan of the one or more frequency bands, and cause the wireless modem to transmit the first capability report to at least one radio network node in the mobile communication network.
