Each of the electronic display assemblies includes sensors in electronic communication with a controller, which is in electronic communication with a network communication device. At a monitoring center, different customer identifiers are associated with different portions of data, a particular customer identifier is received from a customer device, the portions of the data associated with the particular customer identifier are identified for transmission to the customer device, and one or more user displays are generated with the identified data.

The system including: a Subscriber Awareness Control Plane (SACP) module configured to register as a network node and subscribe to at least one network function on the network; at least one processing module configured to request and receive information of traffic flow parameters and subscriber parameters for the traffic flows from the at least one network function; and a subscriber awareness module configured to map subscribers to traffic flows, based on the received traffic flow parameters and subscriber parameters. The method including: registering an SACP module as a network node; subscribing to at least one network functions; receiving information of traffic flow parameters and subscriber parameters for the traffic flows; and mapping subscribers to traffic flows, based on the traffic flow parameters and subscriber parameters.
Identifying root causes of network service degradation
Systems and methods are provided for analyzing one or more root causes of service degradation events in a network or other environment. A method, according to one implementation, includes a step of monitoring a plurality of overlying services offered in an underlying infrastructure having a plurality of resources arranged with a specific topology. In response to detecting a negative impact on the overlying services during a predetermined time window and based on an understanding of the specific topology, the method further includes the step of identifying suspect components from the plurality of resources in the underlying infrastructure. The method also includes the step of obtaining status information with respect to the suspect components to determine a root cause of the negative impact on the overlying services.

A system includes a network of multiple network domains, each network domain includes a software defined network (SDN) controller. Each SDN controller includes a network interface circuitry, a processor and a memory. The network interface circuitry provides a communicative coupling with at least one domain of the multiple network domains. The memory includes instructions that when executed by the processor, performs a network update comprising adding links, subtracting links or reporting a status of links in at least one network domain upon receiving a network update request, and performs sending and receiving the network update request to a second SDN controller, where the network update request is part of real-time publish/subscribe protocol, the sending network update request includes a publish message having a specified topic and a set of QoS attributes, and the receiving a network update request includes subscribing to the specified topic and the set of QoS attributes.
System, method, and computer program for determining a network situation in a communication network
A system, method, and computer program product are provided for a determining a network situation in a communication network. In use, at least one threshold value of at least one operational parameter of a communication network is obtained, the at least one operational parameter representing at least one operational status of at least one of a computational device or a communication device. Additionally, log data of the communication network is obtained, the log data containing at least one value of the at least one operational parameter reported by at least one network entity of the communication network. The at least one value of the at least one operational parameter of the log data is compared with a corresponding threshold value of the at least one threshold value to form a detection of a network situation. Further, the detection of the network situation is reported if the at least one value of the at least one operational parameter of the log data traverses the corresponding threshold value of the at least one threshold value.

In one aspect, a method includes providing a quantum computer with data representing a topology of the communication network, the topology comprising a graph of vertices representing network devices and edges representing connections between network devices; receiving, from the quantum computer, data representing a first subset of network devices, wherein the first subset comprises a dominating set of vertices or a vertex cover for the graph; monitoring network devices in the first subset to generate alarm data representing triggered network device alarms; providing the alarm data to a quantum computer; receiving, from the quantum computer, data representing a second subset of network devices, wherein the second subset comprises a set cover for the alarm data and the network devices in the second subset comprise diagnosed sources of failures in the communication network.
