Dynamic communications routing to disparate endpoints
The present disclosure relates generally to facilitating routing of communications. More specifically, techniques are provided to dynamically route messages having certain intents between bots and user devices during communication sessions configured with multi-channel capabilities.

RING MOTION CAPTURE AND MESSAGE COMPOSITION SYSTEM
Systems, devices, media, and methods are presented for composing and sharing a message based on the motion of a handheld electronic device such as a ring. The methods in some implementations include presenting a keyboard on a display, collecting course data associated with a course traveled by the ring, and overlying a trace onto the keyboard, such that the trace is correlated in near real-time with the course traveled by the ring. In some implementations the display element is part of a portable device, such as the lens of an electronic eyewear device. Based on the course data relative to the key locations on the keyboard, the system identifies and presents candidate words to be included in a message.

Multichannel messaging system and method
There is provided a communication system for communicating messages between a group comprising a plurality of user accounts on a plurality of communication channels. At least some user accounts operate on a first communication channel and at least some of the other user accounts operate on at least a second communication channel different to the first communication channel. A plurality of integration modules are provided, associated with a unique communication channel. Data stores retain user account identification information and membership in groups are accessible by a central messaging module to send and receive messages. A method is also provided for performing the same.

Enhanced control of user interface formats for message threads based on device form factors or topic priorities
The system manages a data structure that defines at least one topic limit for each client computer. The data structure can cause each client computer to display different user interface formats based on a topic limit that is allowed per thread. The data structure causes some devices, which may have a limited viewing area, to only show a single-topic thread, while the data structure also causes other devices to display multi-topic threads. Thus, for high priority topics or for devices having a limited display area, the system can cause the display of a single-topic thread pertaining to a topic to which an incoming message corresponds. This feature can improve user interaction by bringing focus to high priority threads when messages of a particular topic are received at select devices, while allowing other devices to provide a broader perspective of thread formats having multiple topics when the same messages are received.

Automatic transformation of messages between service versions
A method and system are provided for automatic transformation of messages between service versions. The method includes collecting message data of messages sent to two or more versions of a service. Message data is identified as relating to a version of a service. Relationships are inferred between structure and content of messages sent to different versions of a service, and message transformation rules are created based on the inferred relationships.
RELATING TO MESSAGING GATEWAYS
The present disclosure provides a method of routing a short message to a user. According to the method, an SMSC sends a routing request to a HLR or HSS of the terminating user. The HLR or HSS has static provisioning settings for users and relays the request according to these settings. The HLR or HSS relays the request to the IP-SM-GW, which dynamically determines if the terminating user has attached to an IMS network and accordingly decides on onward routing of the message over circuit switched or IMS network elements. The present disclosure also provides a mobile network apparatus that is configured to perform the method.
