Profile-based natural language message generation and selection

In some embodiments, text for user consumption may be generated based on an intended user action category and a user profile. In some embodiments, an action category, a plurality of text seeds, and a profile comprising feature values may be obtained. Context values may be generated based on the feature values, and text generation models may be obtained based on the text seeds. In some embodiments, messages may be generated using the text generation models based on the action category and the context values. Weights associated with the messages may be determined, and a first text message of the messages may be sent to an address associated with the profile based on the weights. Based on a reaction value obtained in response to the first message, a first expected allocation value may be updated based on the reaction value.

A first email message is received. The first email message has a first recipient email address and a first payload. The first recipient email address has a first username portion and a first domain name portion. If a user account is associated with the first username portion, then the first payload is transmitted to an email address associated with that user account. Otherwise, the first payload is transmitted, via a fax transmission method, to a first destination specified by a first destination identifier based on the first username portion of the first recipient email address.

DEVICE AND METHOD TO DYNAMICALLY CONTROL UNAUTHORIZED TRANSMISSION OF MESSAGING IN A MESSAGING PLATFORM
20230008353 · 2023-01-12 ·

Disclosed is a method for controlling the unauthorized transmission of a messaging thread in a messaging platform. The method includes the step of receiving first user addresses of intended recipients through an address module. The method then includes the step of initiating a messaging thread by entering textual information and/or attaching a media file through a messaging module or both. Further, the method includes the step of pre-storing second user addresses intended to be removed from the messaging thread through a listing module. The method then includes the step of matching the first user addresses of intended recipients with the second user addresses stored in the listing module through a matching module. The method includes the step of preventing transmission of the messaging thread to the matched second user addresses pre-stored in the listing module through a filter module.

Email security based on display name and address
11700234 · 2023-07-11 · ·

Techniques are described for detecting attacks that employ a display name in an email to impersonate an email sender. A computing infrastructure hosting an email security platform may determine a similarity between the display name and an email address from which the email was received. The email security platform may determine the similarity by comparing a string associated with the display name and a string associated with the sender address. The email security platform may generate a similarity value based on a result of the display name being compared with the sender address. The email security platform may determine that the email includes the display name impersonating a name of the sender, based on the similarity value meeting or exceeding a threshold value indicative of impersonation. The email security platform may delete or quarantine the email from an inbox associated with a user account.

Prohibited Content Propagation using a Social Network Data Structure

A method for prohibiting email content propagation that receives, at a server, an email message. At the server, at least one email address associated with the email message which is designated not to receive a content of the email message is identified. At the server, the email message is modified by selectively removing a content of the email message to be conveyed to the at least one email address. The server conveys the modified email message to the at least one email address. The server conveys the email message to one or more recipient email addresses except the at least one email address. Consequently, the server has sent a submitted message to multiple email addresses, while modifying the content sent to a subset of the addresses that received the email message.
