Building the entity models uses machine learning, a user interface, a sentiment analyzer, a communication monitoring agent and an automated bot. Bots are created based on a bot template. New communication-based information is analyzed and processed to improve the entity model, to keep the bot up-to-date, and to update other services and products that the entity relies on. The system enables a business to cluster other entities together to assist in identifying competitors. The system provides analytical information about how users journey through an entity model. The system automatically maintains listings such as frequently asked questions. The system works in a networked environment, which may be a distributed network.

E-mail status notification system and method
A system for alerting e-mail activity status. The system has at least one e-mail server for integrating N e-mail accounts, at least one second server communicating with the e-mail server adapted to monitor at the e-mail server; at least one computer readable medium (CRM) adapted to receiving an e-mail alert wherein the second server identifies activity status in the e-mail server according to a set of predetermined parameters. The second server alerts the CRM on the activity status. The parameters may consist of entries to e-mail accounts type of actions performed in an e-mail account and other activities and events. The invention further comprises methods of applying the aforementioned system.
Techniques for bidirectional cross-platform communications
A method for data processing that includes receiving, from a service that manages communications between a communication process flow management service and a communication platform, a request indicating metadata from the communication platform, information associated with a tenant of a multi-tenant system, a user identifier, or a combination thereof. The method may further include performing, based on the request, one or more actions on a communication process flow that controls electronic communications between the tenant and a set of users corresponding to the tenant. The method may further include generating a data object related to the communication process flow based on performing the one or more actions. The method may further include transmitting, to the communication platform, a message that is configured to cause posting of the data object into a communication channel of the communication platform.
Techniques for bidirectional cross-platform communications
A method for data processing that includes receiving, from a service that manages communications between a communication process flow management service and a communication platform, a request indicating metadata from the communication platform, information associated with a tenant of a multi-tenant system, a user identifier, or a combination thereof. A composite may be created according to the second format. The composite may include the selected data portion and the destination specification. The composite formatted according to the second format may be transmitted toward an endpoint device in accordance with the destination specification.

Systems, methods, and machine-readable media for processing data transmissions from a plurality of client devices to create composites for transmission to destination addresses are provided. Communications via a network may be received from a set of devices. Each communication may include a digital identifier corresponding to a destination specification. Aspects of subject technology provide systems and methods for generation and distribution of a stable identifier associated with multiple aliases of a user account. The stable identifier may be provided to various electronic devices by a server, responsive to requests associated with communications to those devices from one of the associated aliases. In this way, messaging applications can utilize the stable identifier to merge conversations from a single user having multiple aliases, and secure access to a secure device can be provided to an authorized user, even if the authorized user attempts access from an unauthorized account alias.
