Method, apparatus and system for management of information content for enhanced accessibility over wireless communication networks
A method comprises providing an interface permitting a first user to control activation of a mobile information channel through which the first user can share access to content with a plurality of additional users, activating the mobile information channel responsive to input received from the first user via the interface, inserting content provided by the first user into the mobile information channel, receiving additional content relating to the mobile information channel from one or more of said additional users via one or more respective mobile devices associated with at least one wireless network, inserting at least a portion of the additional content into the mobile information channel, and integrating into the mobile information channel information associated with at least one wireless networking functionality of said at least one wireless network.
Method of activating processes applied to a data session
A method of activating at least one processing entity from among a plurality of entities situated on the path of a data of a session between a terminal of a user and a server of a services provider. The terminal and the server are attached to a communications network. In the method, the terminal: sends to the server an identification message to receive identifiers of entities of the plurality, which are added to the message by the entities; receive from the server an acknowledgement message including the identifiers included in the identification message; select at least one identifier from among those received from the server; and send to the server a message relating to the activation of entities from among the plurality.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR COMMUNICATING WITH A DEVICE IN A LOW POWER MODE
A first server system is configured to communicate with a first client device through a first application executing on the first client device. The first server system determines that communication with the first client device through the first application has been lost due to the first client device entering an idle mode. The first server system receives a request from a second client device that triggers reestablishing communication with the first client device through the first application. In response, the first server system transmits a request to a second server system to wake the first client device from the idle mode. The first server system receives, from the first application on the first client device, an indication that communication has been reestablished between the first server system and the first application. The first server system transmits a control command to control the first client device.

Network repository function in 5GC
A method performed by a first NF service provider in 5GC, for enabling a specific functionality for a specific area of a communications network. The 5GC further comprises one or more second NF service provider managing the specific functionality in the 5GC and a NF service consumer requesting the specific functionality to be performed by the second NF service provider for the specific area. The method comprises obtaining, from the NF service provider, information regarding the functionality and the network area supported. The method further comprises receiving a request for the address of the second NF service provider supporting the functionality in a desired network area. The method further comprises determining the address of the NF service provider supporting the functionality for the network area indicated and sending the determined address to the NF service consumer.
Programmable user plane function
A device can receive, at a user plane function (UPF), a set of rules for managing a communications session. The set of rules can include a set of mobility management rules and a set of packet processing rules. The device can store the set of mobility management rules and the set of packet processing rules at the UPF. At a control plane of the UPF, the device can perform an analysis of a flow of one or more packets transmitted during the communications session. At run-time, and based on the analysis, the device can generate a modified set of packet processing rules from the stored set of packet processing rules. The device can receive a packet of the flow, apply the modified set of packet processing rules to the received packet, and forward the received packet and update the modified set of packet processing rules.

System and method of acquiring network-centric information for customer premises equipment (CPE) management
A method, device, and computer-readable medium are provided for sending, by a customer-premises equipment (CPE) device to a wireless access device via a CPE network interface, an Internet protocol (IP) address lease request, wherein the wireless access device terminates a wireless backhaul connection to a service provider network; receiving, responsive to the IP address lease request, an acknowledge message that includes a requested IP address and a protocol configuration option (PCO) providing identification information for the wireless access device; connecting, via the wireless access device and using the requested IP address, to a bootstrap server device associated with the service provider network; receiving, via the wireless access device, attachment information associated with a network management server and the service provider network; and sending, via the wireless access device, the identification information to the network management server in an attachment procedure using the attachment information.
ENHANCEMENT FUNCTION DISCOVERY VIA WIRELESS NETWORK ASSISTANCE FRAMEWORK
Methods and apparatus for traffic enhancement to apply to an application, to be delivered using a QUIC session, between a wireless device and a server. A request to activate a policy for the application between the wireless device and the server is received from the wireless device, the request including an application identifier and an indication to request an enhancement function. In response to the request to activate the policy, an authorization of traffic enhancement with information of a proxy node is transmitted to the wireless device to provide the enhancement function upon the network node identifying the proxy node.
