User equipment containers and network slices

A communication device comprises a container environment with a plurality of containers each having one or more applications and each being connectable to a network slice, and a container manager configured to control communication between the applications and the network slices, wherein the container manager prohibits communication between a first application in a first container and a second application in a second container.

SYSTEM, METHOD, AND PATTERN FOR INTEGRATING INCOMPATIBLE OIDC IMPLEMENTATIONS

Various methods, apparatuses/systems, and media for integrating incompatible open identity connect (OIDC) implementations are disclosed. A processor creates a custom protocol within an API gateway that understands data coming in from the aIDC protocol; receives data from the OIDC protocol; and determines, based on analyzing the data received from the aIDC protocol, any communication gap between an application and an identity layer, wherein the API gateway is implemented between the application and the identity layer. The processor then converts, in response to determining a communication gap, the data received from the aIDC protocol into a formatted data that is understandable by the application; transmits the formatted data to the application; and automatically eliminates any communication gap between the application and the identity layer based on the received formatted data.

Empirical data of exit nodes are continuously monitored and each exit node's overall performance and available capacity are calculated. The empirical data can include monitoring the number of concurrent requests currently being executed by each exit node and the disconnection chronology of each exit node. Further, each exit node is tested by benchmark requests and ping messages and each exit node's quality rate is calculated. Additionally, systems and methods are provided to select an exit node with the highest quality and available capacity value, from a particular pool to route the user request.

Edge computing node device

An edge computing node device able to process and respond to data received in real-time includes at least one input interface and at least one output interface. The device obtains an identification of the at least one input interface and determines a functional service algorithm corresponding to the identification of at least one input interface by querying a service relationship table. The device further processes the data to obtain a calculation result according to the functional service algorithm and transmits the calculation of the data or the basic data to the output interface. The at least one output interface sends the basic data or the calculation result of the data by the second communication unit.

User interface for just-in-time image processing

Technology is disclosed for an image editing tool that generates a recipe for just-in-time processing of images (“the technology”). Various embodiments of the technology include an image processing system that provides image processing services to a client system that publishes content including an image to end users. The image processing system processes the image based on a recipe to generate a processed image. The image editing tool is integrated into an application, e.g., webpage or a web browser, that displays the content. A user, e.g., administrator of the client system, can use the image editing tool to edit the image on the webpage and generate the recipe including instructions regarding the edits. The recipe is transmitted to the image processing system which processes the image based on the recipe, and transmits the processed image to the client system for further transmission to the end users accessing the content.
