CONFIGURATION PROFILES
In some examples, an electronic device is provided. The electronic device comprises an audio device, an image sensor, a storage device storing a first and a second configuration profile, a display device to display a graphical user interface, and a processor. The first configuration profile is associated with a conferencing context, and the second configuration profile is associated with a security context. The graphical user interface has a first icon representing the first configuration profile and a second icon representing the second configuration profile. The processor is to, in response to a selection of the first icon, configure the audio device and the image sensor based on the first configuration profile. The processor is to, in response to a selection of the second icon, configure the audio device and the image sensor in accordance based on the second configuration profile.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR DEPLOYING TENANT DEPLOYABLE ELEMENTS ACROSS PUBLIC CLOUDS BASED ON HARVESTED PERFORMANCE METRICS
Some embodiments of the invention provide a method for evaluating multiple candidate resource elements associated with different resource element types for deploying one tenant deployable element in a single public cloud. The method deploys a set of one or more agents in the public cloud to collect metrics evaluating performance of each of the multiple candidate resource elements. The method communicates with the set of deployed agents to collect metrics to quantify performance of each candidate resource element. The method aggregates the collected metrics in order to generate a report that quantifies performance of each type of candidate resource element for deploying the tenant deployable element in the single public cloud.
SYSTEM AND METHOD TO INTEGRATE DATA FROM ONE APPLICATION TO ANOTHER APPLICATION
A system to integrate data from one application to another application is disclosed. The plurality of subsystems includes a user command capturing subsystem, configured to capture commands from a user. The plurality of subsystems includes an application integration subsystem, configured to analyse the captured commands of the user corresponding to the source application and the target application based on a set of parameters. The application integration subsystem obtains a source response and a target response and extract source application attributes and target application attributes. The plurality of subsystems includes an application attribute mapping subsystem, configured to generate an application attribute map from the source application attributes and the target application attributes by implementation of artificial intelligence-based Natural Language Processing (NLP). The application attribute mapping subsystem establishes a data transmission channel between the source application and the target application and transmit data through the data transmission channel.
SYSTEM FOR TRIGGERING CROSS CHANNEL DATA CACHING ON NETWORK NODES
Embodiments of the present invention provide a system for triggering cross channel data caching on network nodes. Historical event data and live event data of a user may be monitored to determine an expected event that includes one or more expected channels. An expected period of time for the expected event may also be determined. Relevant user data may then be identified from one or more systems of record and cached or otherwise compressed. One or more nodes of a network associated with each of the one or more expected channels are then identified. The cached data is then transmitted to virtual data structures associated with each of the one or more nodes. The cached data is then generally maintained in these virtual data structures on the network for the expected period of time.
Point of sale apparatuses, methods and systems
Transformation of inputs including beacon inputs, Global Positioning System (GPS) inputs, captured panorama inputs, user-penned descriptive inputs, and payment-amount-specifying inputs, via components, into outputs including user device POS configuration setting outputs and/or payment-gateway-directed authorization request outputs. Further, transformation of inputs including POS scanner inputs, POS keyboard inputs, and/or POS printer-directed inputs, via components, into outputs including compliance check outputs, tagged omnibus record outputs, SKU-UPC mapping outputs, and/or convergence/correlation outputs. Additionally, transformation of inputs including older limited-capability POS software image inputs and/or newer limited-capability POS software image inputs, via components, into outputs including update directive outputs. Functionality set forth includes allowing user devices to directly communicate with payment gateways, capturing and making use of scanner-obtained data and printer-destined data in a way that does not require code alternation of already-installed POS software, and allowing software of limited-capability POS devices to be updated without sending large, full-overwrite software images.
Automatic recommendations for deployments in a data center
A recommendation system for recommending a target feature value for a target feature for a target deployment is provided. The recommendation system, for each of a plurality of deployments, collects feature values for the features of that deployment. The recommendation system then generates a model for recommending a target feature value for the target feature based on the collected feature values of the features for the deployments. The recommendation system applies the model to the features of the target deployment to identify a target feature value for the target feature. The recommendation system then provides the identified target feature value as a recommendation for the target feature for the target deployment.
Templating data service responses
The described technology is directed towards locating and using a template for processing data item data from a general form into a client-specific form for returning in response to a client request. A client request includes a data item identifier and client-specific information. The data item's identifier is processed into a data type and/or identifier, e.g., a string. The client-specific information is used to determine a device class, device type and/or client platform software version. The template is found in a hierarchy of templates based upon the client-specific information and the data type or data ID string, e.g., the client-specific information may be used to determine a subset of template folders that is evaluated to find a file with a filename matching the string. The folders may be ordered from most-specific to least-specific, so as to locate the most specific template file that applies.
Logic repository service supporting adaptable host logic
The following description is directed to a logic repository service supporting adaptable host logic. In one example, a method of a logic repository service can include receiving a first request to generate configuration data for configurable hardware using a specification for application logic. The method can include selecting a particular host logic shell from a group of host logic shells. The particular host logic shell can be used to encapsulate the application logic when the configurable hardware is configured. Configuration data for the configurable hardware can be generated. The configuration data can include data for implementing the application logic and at least a portion of the particular host logic shell. The method can include receiving a second request to download the configuration data to a host server computer comprising the configurable hardware. The configuration data can be transmitted to the host server computer in response to the second request.
Image and message management and archiving for events
An image archiving facility creates an image and other data archive relating to an event at a location when prompted by a downloaded application for a host user. The host user may approve guest users to upload to the archive. Approval may come from an image of a person uploaded to the data archive and recognized from biometric data as an approved user. The host may control viewing of images in the archive either individually or generically.
Method, apparatus, and system for monitoring network access state of network distribution device
A method including a network configuration device acquiring at least one channel including at least one of the following channels: a target channel and at least one initial channel, wherein the target channel is a channel used when the network distribution device is connected to a hotspot successfully; the network configuration device sending a request message to the network distribution device through the at least one channel; and the network configuration device determining, in the case of receiving a response packet, network state information of the network distribution device based on the response packet, wherein the network distribution device feeds back the response packet based on the request message. The present disclosure has solved the technical problem in the conventional techniques that users fail to determine whether the network distribution device has accessed a network successfully when the network distribution device is accessing the network.
