Environment agnostic configuration with a declarative infrastructure provisioner
Techniques for implementing an infrastructure orchestration service are described. In certain embodiments, a cloud infrastructure orchestration system (CIOS) is disclosed that generates customized flock configurations for services to be deployed to different regions supported by the CIOS. The CIOS receives generic configuration information describing a set of infrastructure assets associated with a service and identifies first portions of the generic configuration information for deploying the set of infrastructure assets associated with the service that are configurable. The CIOS receives region configuration information for configuring the generic configuration information and updates the generic configuration information based on the region configuration information. The CIOS then transmits the updated configuration information to set of regions managed by the CIOS.

Concepts and technologies disclosed herein are directed to service correlation across hybrid cloud architecture to support container hybridization. According to one aspect of the concepts and technologies disclosed herein, an overlay network can instantiate a message bus between a first cloud network and a second cloud network. The overlay network can receive, via the message bus, a request from the second cloud network for a container image stored in a containerized application asset repository of the first cloud network. The overlay network can retrieve, via the message bus, the container image from the containerized application asset repository. The overlay network can provide, via the message bus, the container image to the second cloud network for creating a container based upon the container image.
Method of delivering and updating software on peripheral devices connected to set-top boxes, IoT-hubs, or gateways
Disclosed are an apparatus and method for securely delivering and updating software on a peripheral device in an area network. Software for a peripheral device is obtained from an entity responsible for the functionality of the peripheral device. The software is validated for functionality and integrity, and it is then encrypted at the headend of a network infrastructure which securely delivers the software to a processor responsible for controlling the interface of the area network. The processor decrypts the validated software, and it delivers the validated software to a peripheral device on the area network. The validated software is executed on the peripheral device, such that the peripheral device executes an authentic version of the software from the entity responsible for the functionality of the peripheral device.

Embodiments of the present invention disclose an application interaction method and apparatus, and a terminal. The application interaction method includes: receiving application invitation information sent by a target application running in a first terminal, where the application invitation information carries application interaction information of the target application; detecting, according to the application interaction information, whether a currently triggered interactive application and the target application are a same application. If the interactive application and the target application are different applications, sending a notification message to an interaction application, corresponding to the application interaction information, in a preset storage area according to the application invitation information, so that the interaction application establishes a session connection to the target application according to the notification message. By means of the embodiments of the present invention, operations are easy, and application interaction processing efficiency can be improved.
Transferring data between computing systems
A backend computing system may receive first data from a first computing system, where the first data may be an encrypted version of second data that has been generated at the first computing system based on a command at the first computing system. The backend computing system may identify a second computing system different than the first computing system based on a status of the second computing system, and may send the first data to the second computing system to enable the second computing system to decrypt the first data and perform a function with respect to the second data. In some embodiments, the first computing system may generate padded data by adding data to the second data, and send the padded data to the backend computing system. In some embodiments, the first computing system may send random data to the backend computing system.
