Disclosed are systems and methods for countering a cyber-attack on computing devices by means of which users are interacting with services, which store personal data on the users. Data is collected about the services with which the users are interacting by means of the devices, as well as data about the devices themselves. The collected data is analyzed to detect when a cyber-attack on the devices is occurring as a result of a data breach of personal data on users from the online service. A cluster of the computing devices of different users of the online service experiencing the same cyber attack is identified. Attack vectors are identified based on the characteristics of the cyber attack experienced by the computing devices in the cluster. Actions are selected for countering the cyber-attack based on the identified attack vector and are sent to the devices of all users of the corresponding cluster.

Described herein are technologies relating to including instrumentation code in enterprise pages and generating a report for an enterprise page based upon instrumentation data and organizational data. Instrumentation code in an enterprise page, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to generate instrumentation data, where the instrumentation data includes an identifier for the enterprise page and an identifier for a user who accessed the enterprise page. The instrumentation data is added to an instrumentation dataset. A report is generated for an enterprise page based upon the instrumentation data and organizational data, such that the report indicates how users across different sectors of the enterprise interact with the enterprise page.

The present disclosure relates to a method of providing media to a user based on analysis of an image. The method comprises analysing the image to obtain image information about what is depicted therein. The method also comprises, based on said obtained image information, selecting a first plurality of media items comprising audio, from a media database, said media items of the first plurality being associated with that which is depicted in the image according to the image information. The method also comprises filtering the first plurality of media items based on metadata associated with the user to obtain a plurality of seed media items. The method also comprises providing at least one media item from the media database to the user based on the obtained seed media items.

Analytics system onboarding of web content is described. In one example, an analytics onboarding system is configured to process web content to generate recommendations, automatically and without user intervention. The recommendations are configured to assist in mapping of web content variables in web content to data elements supported by an analytics system to generate metrics that describe occurrence of events as part of user interaction with web content.

Provided are systems and methods for generating propensity-driven employment-based search results. In one example, a method may include retrieving consumption data of a user associated with the user device and geographic location data of at least one of the user and the user device, the consumption data comprising behavior of the user captured over time, predicting one or more value-generating opportunities for the user from among a pool of value-generating opportunities via execution of a predictive model, where the predictive model determines a propensity of the user to respond to the value-generating opportunities based on the behavioral attributes included in the retrieved consumption data of the user and the geographical location data, and transmitting the one or more predicted value-generating opportunities to the user device via a content channel between the server and the user device.

Technologies for filtering notification content based on event type are provided. The disclosed techniques include causing a plurality of notifications to be presented on a computing device, where the plurality of notifications includes a first notification of a first event type and a second notification of a second event type that is different than the first event type. A plurality of filters is caused to be presented on the computing device, where the plurality of filters includes a first filter that is associated with one or more first event types and a second filter that is associated with one or more second event types. An input that selects the first filter is then received. In response to receiving the input, the one or more first event types are identified. A strict subset of the plurality of notifications that are of one or more of the one or more first event types is identified from among the plurality of notifications. The strict subset of the plurality of notifications is then caused to be presented on the computing device without causing any notifications outside of the strict subset to be presented on the computing device.

In an example embodiment an approximate nearest neighbor framework is provided to query user activity data to find users who are similar to users who have been “matched” to a particular piece of content but who otherwise would not have been matched on their own. The users who have been matched may be called a seed set of users, which are known in real-time, or near-real-time. Use of the approximate nearest neighbor framework allows the system to expand instantly the initial seed set of users to other similar users to rapidly distribute relevant pieces of content to active users, increasing liquidity of the system. Additionally, the target set of specific users to which a notification is sent about the pieces of content can also be expanded, increasing the recall rate.

A system includes an ingestion component configured to receive a request from an entity for content related to a content item and a user identity. The request has a content identifier representative of the content item and a token. A request processing component of the system is configured to access a database associated with the system and identify the content item and the user identity using the content identifier and the token, wherein the database has information associating the token with the user identity and associating the content identifier with the content item. In response to identification of the content item and the user identity, the request processing component directs a recommendation engine associated with the system to identify the content related to the content item and the user identity. Information identifying the content related to the content item and the user identity is then transmitted back to the entity.

The present application is directed to systems and methods for associating cookies of a linking system to a device identifier of the computing device. A server of a linking system can receive, from a browser of a computing device, a first request to access content via an encoded uniform resource locator (URL) link generated by the server and linked to a web page of the linking system. The server can redirect the browser of the computing device to the web page of the linking system. The server can receive a request to associate a cookie passed to a mobile application installed on the computing device with a device identifier of the computing device. The server can then associate the cookie with the device identifier.

The page data acquisition method includes communicating with a server, and obtaining configuration information from the server. Configuration information includes control information.
