Systems and methods for obtaining a file via analysis of file location records
In some implementations, a device may receive file location information identifying a file to be transferred to a user device associated with the first network provider. The file location information identifies a domain name associated with a second network provider. The device may provide, based on the file location information, a first request to obtain one or more first records. The one or more first records identify a first supplemental content device. The device may provide, based on the one or more first records, a second request to obtain one or more second records. The one or more second records identify a second supplemental content device. The device may obtain, based on the one or more second records, the file from the second supplemental content device, and provide the file to the user device.
Systems and Methods for Transmitting and Receiving Interest Messages
The invention relates to a system for receiving an interest message. The system comprises at least one communication interface, at least one memory and at least one processor. The at least one processor is configured to receive an interest message on a first one of the at least one communication interface. The interest message comprises a name of a requested data object. At least one name component of the name of the requested data object comprises a range. The at least one processor is further configured to determine whether the at least one memory comprises a named data object having a name matching the name of the requested data object and to provide the named data object on the first one of the at least one communication interface if the memory comprises the named data object. The at least one processor is also configured to, if the memory does not comprise the named data object, forward the interest message on one or more further ones of the at least one communication interface, associate the name of the requested data object with an identifier of the first one of the at least one communication interface in the at least one memory, receive the named data object on the one or more further ones of the at least one communication interface and forward the named data object on the first one of the at least one communication interface based on the association.
PLMN Selection for Mission Critical Devices
A method for selecting a Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) at a user equipment (UE), comprising receiving, from a network entity, a list of PLMN identifiers, attempting to register the UE with a network using at least one PLMN identifier from the list of PLMN identifiers, and if the attempt to register with the network is successful, performing a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) registration to an Internet Protocol (IP) Multimedia Sub-system (IMS) associated to the PLMN identifier.
METHODS, APPARATUS AND/OR SYSTEM FOR USING EMAIL TO SCHEDULE AND/OR LAUNCH GROUP COMMUNICATIONS SESSIONS
Methods and system for scheduling or launching online and phone sessions between two or more people via email and other electronic communication channels without the requirement for an account with the session service provider when scheduling the session. By including a designated service provider email address in the recipient list of the host's email or meeting invitation, a user account can be, and in some embodiments is automatically created by the service provider system in response to receipt of such an Email and session invitations are automatically sent to the host and invitees designated in the host's email or meeting invitation. In this way the host and invites calendars can be automatically updated and populated with session information and information on how to joint the session, e.g., on-line meeting or conference. The Email from the communications provider system can, and in some embodiments does, take the form of an updated invite Email message with the information in the Email from the service provider system updating or replacing information supplied by the original invite from the host.
Method and apparatus for obtaining content from a media server
A method performed by a communication network node of enabling retrieval of an object, such as an element of web-page, is provided. The location of the object is defined by a Uniform Resource Locator, URL, in a distributed caching system. The method comprises restructuring the URL into a format being readable by a DNS server, and sending a DNS query comprising the restructured URL to the DNS server. Furthermore, the method comprises receiving an IP-address of a cache in the distributed caching system, wherein the cache stores the object. Moreover, the method comprises sending an http-get request for the object to the cache having the received IP-address, and receiving an http-response comprising the object from the cache.
Cross-application authentication on a content management system
Systems, methods, and computer-readable media for cross-application authentication on a content management system. A client application running at a client device that is not authenticated with a content management system can receive, from a website associated with the content management system, a request to authenticate with the content management system under a user account used to authenticate a current session between a browser application at the client device and the website with the content management system. The client application can then obtain a uniform resource locator (URL) with a nonce associated with the client application, and send a command to the browser application including the URL and nonce. The command can trigger the browser application to use the URL and nonce to authenticate the client application with the content management system under the user account with which the current session between the browser application and the website is currently authenticated.
Deployment of a Custom Address to a Remotely Managed Computational Instance
An example embodiment may include a computational instance and a computing device within a remote network management platform. The computing device may be configured to: receive, from a client device of the managed network, a request to redirect, to a second URL, future requests addressed to a first URL; provide, to the client device, instructions to generate a certificate that binds an identity of the entity that operates the managed network to the first URL; receive, from the client device, the certificate; store the certificate and a corresponding cryptographic key; and generate a mapping between the first URL and the second URL. The computational instance may be configured to, in response to receiving a content request referencing the destination, generate a content response containing content from the destination, where any hyperlinks to the second URL in the content are replaced with hyperlinks to the first URL.
Configuration services for user terminals
A system for configuring a user terminal connected to an Internet Protocol network, comprises: a configuration repository (ASN) in a service provider domain, wherein the configuration repository is loaded with configuration information intended for a user terminal, a front-end server in the service provider domain, the front-end server comprising: a communication port connected to the Internet Protocol network, and a first controller arranged for mapping a predefined device identifier to the configuration repository, and a redirection server, the redirection server comprising: a communication port connected to the Internet Protocol network and reachable by a user terminal to be configured, a non-transitory computer-readable medium loaded with a service provider record, wherein the service provider record comprises a fully qualified domain name routable to the front-end server communication port, and a second controller arranged for mapping a predefined service provider identifier to the service provider record.
CCN routing using hardware-assisted hash tables
One embodiment provides a system that facilitates forwarding of packets with variable length names. During operation, the system receives a packet with a hierarchically structured variable length identifier (HSVLI) which comprises contiguous name components ordered from a most general level to a most specific level. The system performs a longest prefix match lookup by selecting an entry from a first data structure of entries. The entries indicate a name component, forwarding information for the name component, and a plurality of entry identifiers that chain an entry to another entry. If a size of the name component is less than or equal to a predetermined threshold, the system selects an entry based on the name component. If the size is greater, the system selects an entry based on a compressed key which can be a hash of the name component. The system also resolves collisions associated with the selected entry.
Method and system for resolving internet of things heterogeneous identifiers
The present invention relates to a method and system for resolving Internet of Things heterogeneous identifiers. The method provides a special description mechanism for a resolution protocol for an Internet of Things heterogeneous identifiers, which not only forms a heterogeneous identification coding rule corresponding to the heterogeneous identifier, but also accordingly forms a corresponding heterogeneous identification resolution protocol rule, and conducts registration binding on the above-mentioned rules and the corresponding Internet of Things heterogeneous identifier. By resolving and querying standard identification code corresponding to the Internet of Things heterogeneous identification, the disclosed method can obtain the bound heterogeneous identification coding rule and heterogeneous identification resolution protocol rule. Thus the Internet of Things heterogeneous identifier can be transformed into a unified Internet of Things heterogeneous identifier including the coding rules and the resolution protocol, which allows initiating a correct Internet of Things identification query for a corresponding resolution server by reading rule information therein and adopting a corresponding resolution protocol. The present invention can achieve resolving common query of various Internet of Things heterogeneous identifiers based on different coding rules and different resolution protocols.
