PIXEL ARRAY MEDICAL SYSTEMS, DEVICES AND METHODS
Systems, instruments, methods, and compositions are described involving removing a portion of the epidermis within a donor site on a subject, and harvesting dermal plugs within the donor site. An injectable filler is formed by mincing the dermal plugs. The injectable filler is configured for injecting into a recipient site on the subject.

Tensioned meniscus prosthetic devices and associated methods
A prosthetic device for use as an artificial meniscus is disclosed. The prosthetic device restores shock absorption, stability, and function to the knee joint after removal of the damaged natural meniscus. In some embodiments, the prosthetic device is pre-tensioned to improve the fit of the prosthetic device within the knee joint and, thereby, maximize the contact area of the load-bearing surfaces to distribute loading through the prosthetic device in a manner substantially similar to that of a healthy natural meniscus. In some embodiments, the pre-tensioned prosthetic device is smaller, or scaled-down, relative to the size of a healthy natural meniscus.

Density gradient biopolymeric matrix implants
A density gradient biopolymeric matrix implant is disclosed. The implant includes a first homogeneous matrix layer and a second homogeneous matrix layer having a density different from that of the first homogeneous matrix layer. Biopolymeric fibers at the surface of the first homogeneous matrix layer are physically in contact with and cross-linked to the biopolymeric fibers at the surface of the second homogeneous matrix layer. Also disclosed is a three-dimensional density gradient biopolymeric matrix implant that includes a first homogeneous matrix surrounding a second homogeneous matrix having a different density. Biopolymeric fibers at an inner surface of the first homogeneous matrix are physically in contact with and cross-linked to biopolymeric fibers at an outer surface of the second homogeneous matrix. Furthermore, methods for preparing the density gradient biopolymeric matrix implant and the three-dimensional density gradient biopolymeric matrix implant are provided.

COMPOSITION FOR SKIN INJECTION
The present invention relates to a composition for dermal injection which includes two or more types of cross-linked hyaluronic acid particles having different particle diameters and non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid. The composition for dermal injection according to the present invention satisfies viscosity, extrusion force, and viscoelasticity conditions for dermal injection, and an extrusion force deviation is low so that the user does not feel fatigue when the composition is injected into the dermal thereof. Also, the composition is excellent in viscoelasticity and tissue restoring ability, is maintained for a long period of time, allows rapid recovery because an initial swelling degree is low, and also is excellent in safety and stability in the body.
