Hybrid blockchains and streamchains using non-crypto hashes for securing audio-, video-, image-, and speech-based transactions and contracts
A method of securing media-based transactions and contracts on a distributed ledger network comprising receiving a first media file, obtaining a fingerprint of the first media file, generating a non-cryptographic hash value for the fingerprint of the first media file, generating a block for the distributed ledger network comprising a block header comprising previous hash, a state root hash, a receipts root hash, and a transaction list root hash, defining block header hashes, recording the non-cryptographic fingerprint hash value for the fingerprint of the first media file to the block and recording the block to the distributed ledger network.
TRACKING UNIQUE VIDEO GAME DIGITAL MEDIA ASSETS USING TOKENS ON A DISTRIBUTED LEDGER
A system and method for tracking digital assets associated with video games. The digital assets may be in-game digital assets, such as in-game items or characters. The digital assets may be video game digital media assets representing moments of gameplay of a video game, such as video clips or images. The digital asset is created, and a distributed ledger tracking a history of the digital asset is created and stored across devices. A unique token for the digital asset can include a unique identifier and metadata identifying properties of the digital asset. Changes to properties of the digital asset, such as ownership, visual appearance, or metadata, can be identified in a request to update the history. A new block can be generated for, and appended to, the distributed ledger identifying the changes to the history of the digital asset. The new block can include hashes of previous blocks.
Database layer caching for video communications
An apparatus includes a storage, a network interface, and a processor. The storage is to store content within a webcast or a virtual event. The network interface transmits a CDN token key and receives a client content request including a content hash and a message authentication code. The processor performs a decryption of the message authentication code, at least in part based on the CDN token key, and performs a reverse hash on the content hash to obtain a content ID that identifies the content. The network interface transmits the content, at least in part based on the content ID.
Database layer caching for video communications
An apparatus includes a network interface that receives a CDN token key and transmits event data including a content ID that identifies content within a webcast or a virtual event. The apparatus also includes a processor that generates a message authentication code, at least in part based on the content ID and the CDN token key. The event data identifies the message authentication code, and the network interface transmits the content.
Method and system for secure distribution of selected content to be protected
The present invention relates to data rights management and more particularly to a secured system and methodology and production system and methodology related thereto and to apparatus and methodology for production side systems and are consumer side systems for securely utilizing protected electronic data files of content (protected content), and further relates to controlled distribution, and regulating usage of the respective content on a recipient device (computing system) to be limited strictly to defined permitted uses, in accordance with usage rights (associated with the respective content to control usage of that respective content), on specifically restricted to a specific one particular recipient device (for a plurality of specific particular recipient devices), or usage on some or any authorized recipient device without restriction to any one in specific, to control use of the respective content as an application software program, exporting, modifying, executing as an application program, viewing, and/or printing of electronic data files.
APPARATUS/SYSTEM FOR VOICE ASSISTANT, MULTI-MEDIA CAPTURE, SPEECH TO TEXT CONVERSION, PHOTO/VIDEO IMAGE/OBJECT RECOGNITION, CREATION OF SEARCHABLE METATAGS/CONTEXTUAL TAGS, TRANSMISSION, STORAGE AND SEARCH RETRIEVAL
This invention relates to a network interface device. A first capture device interfaces with a first external information source to capture first external information. A processor processes the captured first external information and stores it in a first media. The processor initiates the storage of the first captured information at an initial time and completes storage of the first captured information at a completion time, thus providing a stored defined set of first captured information. A transmitter transmits the defined set of stored captured information to a remote location on a network. A remote processing system is disposed at the remote node on the network and includes a database and a receiver for receiving the transmitted defined set of first captured information. A data converter is operable to convert the received defined set of first captured information to a second format. The database stores the set of converted captured information.
SECURE RICH COMMUNICATION SERVICES MULTICAST SYSTEM
An improved telecommunications network that can reduce the network load on a rich communication services (RCS) server and/or local routers that implement 1-to-N and/or M-to-N services is described herein. In particular, the improved telecommunications network may include an improved RCS server that can route secure multicast messages instead of and/or in addition to unicast messages. For example, the improved RCS server can create a multicast group for a group of UEs in response to a request from a UE to create a group of UEs. Creation of the multicast group may include creating a shared multicast group key (SMGK) for the multicast group and/or selecting a security algorithm for the multicast group. The improved RCS server can then distribute the SMGK and/or the selected security algorithm to the UEs such that the UEs can use the SMGK and/or the selected security algorithm to encrypt and/or decrypt messages.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR HANDLING DIGITAL CONTENT GOVERNANCE IN AN ORGANIZATION
A system and method for records management and classification of files in a content management system having a server system that stores the files. A system detects when at least one of the files is classified by a user of a client computing system as a classified file, and based on the detecting of the classification of the one or more files, each classified file is removed from the client computing system. The system further detects when at least one of the files is declared as a permanent record by the user of the client computing system, and based on the detecting of the declaration as a permanent record, prevents editing by the client computing system of each file declared as a permanent record.
Content recording apparatus, content editing apparatus, content reproduction apparatus, content recording method, content editing method, and content reproduction method
A content recording apparatus includes an obtaining unit which obtains a content having a variable-length packet structure, an encrypter which generates encrypted data by encrypting the content, and a recorder which records the encrypted data in a block unit having a fixed length in a recording medium. The encrypted data includes an invalidated region unnecessary for reproduction of the content. The recorder records a size of the invalidated region in the recording medium.
Method of generating a secure record of a conversation
A method is provided for generating a tamper-proof record of a conversation recorded using a recording device. During or after the recording, successive sections, chunks or other form of fragments of the audio recording are sent continuously or intermittently to a secure remote server. The successive fragments are automatically encrypted and stored securely on the recording device until a network connection is available.
