Secrets such as secure session cookies for a web browser can be protected on a compute instance with multiple layers of encryption, such as by encrypting key material that in turn controls cryptographic access to the secret. A compute instance can be instrumented to detect when a process attempts to decrypt this key material so that the process requesting decryption can be compared to authorized or legitimate users of the secret.

The present disclosure relates to a secure transmitting and receiving method that crates a dynamic key on the basis of the features of real-time data, thereby performing authentication operation. A secure transmitting method for real time data according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes: collecting an n-th datum; compressing the n-th datum; creating and storing an n-th dynamic key in a memory on the basis of a feature extracted in the compressing; creating an n-th security key using an n-m-th dynamic key stored in the memory and transmitting the n-th security key to a server; and transmitting the compressed n-th datum to the server when receiving an authentication success signal from the server.

The processing module partitions the data into a plurality of chunk sets and encode each chunk set of the plurality of chunk sets according to a dispersed storage error coded function to produce a plurality of chunks. Finally, the processing module facilitates storage of each chunk of the plurality of chunks in a memory device of the plurality of memory devices.
