REAL-TIME DATA TRANSACTION CONFIGURATION OF NETWORK DEVICES
20220321483 · 2022-10-06 ·

Methods and apparatuses for prioritizing transactions are disclosed. An example method of an application performance monitor (APM) comprises intercepting a first packet being transmitted in a network that is monitored by the APM; determining that the first packet is associated with a transaction of the web application that is to be provided with an alternate level of service; modifying a field in the first packet to include metadata interpretable by at least one network device in the network to cause the at least one network device to provide the alternate level of service; and injecting the first packet into the network. The APM may cause network devices to prioritize a specific transaction of an application based on importance.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DETECTING MANIPULATED VOCAL SAMPLES
20220319523 · 2022-10-06 ·

Systems and methods for detecting manipulated vocal audio are disclosed. The system may receive a communication from a user, which may include a vocal sample. The system may transform the vocal sample from a wavelength domain into a frequency domain. The system may determine a divergence of one or more amplitude values of the transformed frequency domain from a predetermined frequency distribution. According to some embodiments, the predetermined frequency distribution may be a Benford's distribution. When the divergence exceeds a predetermined threshold, the system may execute one or more security measures. The one or more security measures may include (i) transferring the user from an automated operator to a human operator, (ii) requiring second factor authentication from the user, and/or (iii) denying a user-initiated request.

METHODS, SYSTEMS, APPARATUSES, AND DEVICES FOR FACILITATING MANAGING DIGITAL CONTENT
20220263786 · 2022-08-18 ·

A method and system for facilitating managing digital content is provided. Further, the method comprises receiving digital content, a supplemental content identifier, and a plurality of target identifiers corresponding to a plurality of target consumer devices from the one source user device, identifying a plurality of destination servers associated with the plurality of target identifiers, identifying a supplemental content based on the supplemental content identifier, processing the digital content based on a plurality of platform characteristics corresponding to the plurality of destination servers embedding the supplemental content in the digital content, generating the supplemental content in the digital content, generating a plurality of digital content based on the processing, transmitting, the plurality of digital content to the plurality of destination servers, and authenticating a consumer with the of destination servers based on a credentials.

Secure area in a file storage system

A system is provided for controlling access to data stored in a cloud-based storage service. Data associated with a user account is stored at the cloud-based storage service. A first request to cause a portion of the data to be associated with a heightened authentication protocol is received. In response, the portion of the data is caused to require the heightened authentication protocol for access. A second request for a file that is stored in the area that is associated with the heightened authentication protocol is received. The second request is authenticated based on the heightened authentication protocol. In response to authenticating the second request, permission is granted to access the file. In response to a failure to authenticate the second request, access to the file is denied, while access to files stored in other areas associated with the user account is allowed.

Using receipts for multifactor authentication

Multifactor authentication techniques described herein may allow a user to submit a recent proof of purchase as a part of a multifactor authentication process to access an account associated with a financial institution. As part of the login process, the user may submit a proof of purchase associated with a transaction. The financial institution may determine information associated with the transaction, such as a merchant associated with the proof of purchase, a time of the transaction, the last four numbers of the transaction card used, a dollar amount, or any combination thereof. If the information matches one or more records in the transaction history of the user's account, the financial institution may authenticate the user and provide access to the account. In this way, the financial institution may leverage transaction history known to the financial institution and the user to authenticate the user.

Method and system for providing location-aware multi-factor mobile authentication

Embodiments disclosed herein provide for systems and methods for authenticating a mobile device. The systems and methods provide for a wireless, touchless multi-factor authentication process for the mobile device, wherein a first factor of authentication includes providing authentication credentials to the mobile device and a second factor of authentication includes scanning a physical identification at a secure device.

PASSWORD PROTECTING SELECTED MESSAGE CONTENT

Aspects of the present disclosure involve a system comprising a computer-readable storage medium storing a program and method for password protecting selected message content. The program and method provide for receiving selection of a content item shared between a first user and a second user, in association with a messaging application; receiving input indicating that access to the content item requires user authentication by the first user or the second user; and providing for access to the content item based on the user selection and the input.

TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION SYSTEM
20220230495 · 2022-07-21 · ·

A physical access control (PAC) system configured to perform a two-factor authentication prior to granting access to a secure area. The PAC system includes an access point device configured to perform facial recognition on a person proximate to the access point device, and perform wireless handshake with a mobile device associated with the person prior to granting or denying entry to the secure area.

ADAPTIVE BIOMETRIC AUTHENTICATION
20220277070 · 2022-09-01 ·

Systems and methods are presented for adaptive biometric authentication. According to one example method, a failure of a first type of biometric authentication is detected. In response to detecting the failure of the first type of biometric authentication, an alternative type of authentication is completed. In response to completing the alternative type of authentication, a biometric characteristic of a biometric signature is selectively modified in a stored user profile for processing a subsequent attempt of the first type of biometric authentication.
